My truck was stolen out of the gated parking, had thousands of ants under the carpet, found 4 cockroaches in the apartment. Police are here once every week/ every other. Last week saw the third car since I’ve lived here up on blocks after the tires were stolen. Dumpsters or always over full ppl that don’t live here dump their waste as well. Had over $100 in packages stolen.

These apartments are terrible. The old mangers would keep it clean with no worries. I believe they feel like sending an email without doing anything will fix the complaints.

My car and all of my neighbor’s cars have been towed since there is absolutely no parking available here. We pay the rent to live here, yet there is no parking available to us, and we get punished for it. They expect you to pay the roofed parking which is also completely full too, so there really is no winning with this filthy complex. There are also severe foundation issues. My patio door can no longer close properly and my front door is beginning to have issues locking unless I push it in extremely hard. There are also no elevators, valet trash (which is non-optional) comes when they feel like it, and the gates are open half the time. Awesome! (not)

Do not move here, you will pay good money just ti be treated like you live in the projects. The management here does not care nor do they value you as a tenant. We pay a lot of money for a nice apartment, but horrible service.
