I cannot begin to tell you how much I LOVE Cooper Denton!!! The property is clean & quiet. The application process was clear & easy. The office staff are amazing. Literally THE best customer service I have ever had! I was nervous because I have had a negative experience in the past on move-in day, but Cooper Denton FAR EXCEEDED my expectations!! My apartment is amazing! I wish I had moved to Cooper Denton YEARS ago! So if you are looking for an apartment in Denton, RUN...don't walk to Cooper Denton. You won't be sorry!

The Office Staff are very friendly, caring, and helpful. Maintenance Guys are great and handle issues quickly. I love that it is a gated community and I feel safe living here. Friendly neighbors.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional customer service while renting a new apartment, which came as a breath of fresh air after a terrible experience at a different apartment complex. The stark contrast between the two experiences left me amazed and grateful for the outstanding service I received. After enduring a nightmare at my previous apartment complex, where maintenance requests were ignored, management was unresponsive, and the overall living conditions were subpar, I was hesitant to embark on another rental journey. However, my search led me to a new apartment complex that not only met my expectations but exceeded them in every way. From the moment I stepped into the leasing office, I was greeted with warmth and genuine care. The property manager, Carolyn, took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions and addressing any concerns I had. She made me feel valued as a potential resident, and her knowledge about the property was impressive. Once I decided to move forward with the application process, Carolyn guided me through every step, making it seamless and stress-free. She promptly responded to my emails and phone calls, providing updates and clarifications whenever needed. Her professionalism and efficiency were truly remarkable. On the day of my move-in, I was pleasantly surprised to find my apartment spotlessly clean and ready for me to settle in. The maintenance team had meticulously prepared the unit, ensuring that everything was in perfect working order. It was a stark contrast to my previous experience, where I had to deal with broken appliances and plumbing issues for weeks on end. Most of the time parking is an absolute nightmare. You are lucky if you can actually park anywhere near your apartment. I haven't even lived here a full year and I have had to park at the front office (outside the gate) at least 3 times.

I just finished moving into Cooper Denton. The move-in was effortless, and the apartments are renovated beautifully. Highly recommend.

My roommate and I just moved in and when we went to tour we had Pam take us. She was so funny and wonderful, and the apartments are clean and updated and beautiful. The property is quiet and clean. The whole application process was super easy and Pam kept us updated the entire time, I can’t speak highly enough of her. The entire staff responds to any maintenance requests very fast and they are super friendly, too.

Very nice apartments, quartz countertops new appliances, paint, flooring, and carpet. Quiet and friendly.

I recently moved into a 3 Bedroom unit and I love it. Everything about it made me feel like I was stepping up my quality of living. I also cannot forget to mention the staff. They were extremely friendly and caring and always made me feel comfortable when I called them for questions (I must have called them more than 10 times). I highly recommend Copper Denton

I recently came to visit Cooper Denton at the suggestion of a friend who knows someone who lives here. I came on a Saturday and met Amy. She was so friendly and was helpful with the whole process from looking at property, application and leasing to my moving in and getting settled in. Everything went smooth and the few minor things I had concerns about were addressed immediately. The office staff as well as Maintenace team have been great. The apartment is large and very nice, newly remodeled and very quiet. The neighbors are kind and respectful. The grounds with all trees are absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Would 100 percent recommend. Everyone is so friendly!!

The whole process from applying to getting me settled in, they were incredibly attentive and informative! I truly appreciated their hospitality and how easy they made things, truly felt comfortable and would absolutely recommend! Their staff is so great!

Cooper Glen is a great apartment complex to live in! The apartments are very nice and the outside areas are always well-taken care of. The front office is also super nice and takes residents seriously. Very happy so far!

Cooper Glen has been my go to apartment complex in Denton for 7 years now. The grounds are kept clean, staff is so friendly and helpful at anytime, maintenance is very prompt and thorough! It’s a very quiet peaceful community that is hard to find in Denton. The BEST apartments,staff,community to live. Hands down!

My husband and I were on a time limit to find an apartment, and i'm so glad we found this one!! The staff has been nothing but wonderful to us, especially Jessica! It was the easiest move in process we've ever had. Complex is very quiet and we hardly hear the people who live above us other than the occasional water running or typical footsteps. The apartment complex is older, but still in wonderful condition. I'm very satisfied with where we are at.

These apartments are located in the less populated area of Denton. We've lived here for over a year and my fiance's car was broken into. The water bill is allocated and it gets higher each month (last month was 133 dollars).

Cooper glen has a great maintenance department is punctual, office people are nice and apartment is quiet even around noon and gym is small but accessible 24/7

The management team here is great- if you visit them in the office they will always be very helpful and will provide what you need. The complex overall is very nicely maintained, although I have had some issues having things fixed within the apartment when they break. Occasionally there are loud neighbors but mostly the area is quiet aside from some noisy children. The location of the apartment is very convenient for getting to and from the two college campuses and downtown, which is what caught my attention when first looking for an apartment. For living at the complex for over two years I'd say it has mostly been a positive experience.

These are nice apartments for a college town, the rent is a little high but the neighborhood is quiet and safe. Great apartments for college students or families.

I lived in the complex for about a month and a half and so far they have done an excellent job. Both the work staff and residents are friendly and the apartments are nice. I submitted several maintenance requests and they were completed promptly and satisfactory. The complex has a new pool is perfect for pets and the gated community makes me feel secure. My last place was noisy but the residents are respectful and it never gets to disruptive despite being in a college town.

I have been living in this apartment complex for last 2.5 years. Environment, Staff and Service all is 5 star eligible. I will be leaving Denton in a month, but whenever I come back to Denton this apartment will be my only choice. I really appreciate their service which always exceeded my exceptions.

I moved to Cooper Glen last month. My apartment is centrally located. It's well lite at night. My covered parking is close to my apartment. Clean grounds and very friendly staff.
