Annapolis, Maryland's capital city, sits along the Chesapeake Bay, where approximately 41,000 residents call home. The downtown area features brick-lined streets where 18th-century architecture stands alongside waterfront communities. The United States Naval Academy commands the waterfront, while St. John's College contributes to the city's educational landscape. Residents have access to waterfront parks, including the 340-acre Quiet Waters Park, offering everything from kayaking to seasonal ice skating. The historic district remains a central gathering place, with independent shops, seafood restaurants, and the City Dock area, known locally as "Ego Alley."
The rental market in Annapolis reflects its waterfront location and array of housing options. Current trends show one-bedroom apartments averaging $2,151, while two-bedroom units typically rent for $2,430. Three-bedroom units have seen an 8.1% decrease in rental rates.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Conte Lubrano Apartments
Conte Lubrano Apartments are listed as luxury. They are not, but they are definitely livable. I have a 2 bd/2ba. It is a great size. There is a small balcony. The appliances are basic. The carpet is less than plush. It does not have wasted space. It is mostly quiet. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and never heard a neighbor, but the road maintenance building and Sam's have trucks and noise 24/7. There is a small pool, but it is outside, and the hours are not so good. It is not open every day, and it is closed at 6 pm. The building is mixed use, but that has not been an issue, except for parking. The lot is often full. I am on the 4th floor, and at the opposite end from the elevator. I wish the elevator was more in the center. When I have to park around back and hike up the stairs with groceries, I am not happy. There is a room with some treadmills and a sauna. Neither is well maintained, but serve their purpose. The location is prime. Everything delivers here. The mall is basically across the street. The highway is 3 minutes. A grocery store is within walking distance. There really is not any green space, so kids have no where to play outside- it is a office complex. The management is fabulous. The cleanliness of the building is OK, but could be better. Honestly, I do not think the hall on my floor has been washed or vacumned in at least a year. There is a monthly pest control visit, but they always skip my apartment. However, the one time I saw a wadp nest, someone immediately removed it. I would rate the complex a solid 7/10.
