Concord manor has been a great place to live. The wooten company has been so great. They have made my experience living in a apartment great. They are friendly of my service pets and always accommodating. As a disabled person they have been wonderful.
This is one of the best apartment complexes I have lived in. Pet-friendly, free internet and in-building washer/dryer are just a few of the features I enjoy. The apartment is clean and cozy for affordable cost. I recommend those looking for an apartment to give Quail Ridge and Concord Manor Apartments a chance.

Going on 3rd year living here and the location is convenient. Management and maintenance staff are friendly and responsive, making the whole experience worry-free. Competitive pricing with no complaints. Highly recommend!
Debating moving here? Affordable. Friendly. Safe for people AND Amazon packages ;) I've lived at Concord 3 years. Always hear back in a reasonable manor if something needs maintenance and the people in the office are always friendly!
Concord Manor has been our home for going on 3 years now and I couldn’t imagine a better place to live! The property is well managed, clean, and feels very safe! I would recommend Concord Manor 100%!!!!
Great location, very close to shopping and dining. Management is pretty decent. Very dog friendly and maintenance is usually pretty quick with any issues that arise.
I love my little apartment, haven’t had any issues with pests, my free internet is amazing, the property is well maintained, and the rent is reasonable. The area is great cause it’s between sunshine and battlefield and next to 65, super accessible to the whole area but also way safer than north side apartments. The only complaint I have is a few times a month I can smell weed coming from other apartments. I hate the weed smell so much but I know it’s just part of life.
The space of the apartment is delightful, the pool is well-maintained, and the amenities that are offered as a whole make the concord manor an outstanding place to live!
