Property Ratings at Compton Place
Poor communication within management and between management and tenants. If there is a problem, they do not want to help you. They will just say they are sympathetic and tell you there is nothing they can do. I would not recommend this place to anyone
Much better since they renovated units and fixed up apartments . Visited both friends here wen they stayed 2 years ago and currently moved here
The rents are high and maintenance is bad. For everyone who wants to move out after the lease term ..... be ready to pay 900$ for Carpet Replacement. You put stains or not .... they will charge you for sure. No way to escape it ..... the management is pathetic ..... they don't care about anything and be ready to receive all such rude responses... Front office lady and collection lady are very rude...I wish Apartments.com had a "0" rating for rating businesses like these.
I honestly don't recommend this apartment to anyone. The management is in the top most list for pathetic people. Apartment is full of roaches and bugs. Moreover .... don't need to have any pet .... they have many snakes roaming in apartments....they do visit you inside ocassionally. By the way, they charge 900$ when you move out for carpet replacement. This is the highest amount I have ever noticed. You have to get used to the RUDE responses from management ..... Good luck with joining this apt. Never Never Never Never recommend this.....
This apartment is very spacious and has various specials that are really helpful when leasing to get a good deal. My boyfriend and I got a two bed/ two bath and comparing to the other apartments in Tampa Palms it was the cheapest per square foot with a spacious layout. When we moved in the carpets were newly installed and steamed, everything was clean and the appliances were more quality than what I expected. You can have pets such as dogs and cats and there is only a deposit, no monthly pet fee. Each apartment has a spacious screened in balcony too! The gym could be a little more updated but the pool area is great. I wish it had a dog park but it does have a park for children. The community is a lot of families and with the people and the gated entrance I feel safe! You can have the choice between Verizon Fios and Brighthouse which I found convenient. Overall my boyfriend and I are happy with our choice and will most likely renew our lease!
My husband and I came in around July 17, 2015, we are residents of MD looking to move to FL in the fall, and Mr. Diaz helped us out a lot by showing us the model home, letting us know what we needed to have regarding applying for the apartment. Along with his great customer service the apartment size was wonderful..my favorite part is the master bathroom, the fact that the washer and dryer have their own little room, and the extra storage place on the patio. I am definitely looking forward to being a resident with Compton Place at Tampa Palms in the fall!!!!
