Thanks for your interest in the Colvin Garden Apartments in North Buffalo. We have a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment for $970 including heat, and hot water. Updates include vinyl laminate flooring in kitchen and living room, carpet, new bathroom vanity and medicine cabinet, new kitchen countertop and sink, microwave above the stove with new cabinets, full repaint and window blinds. Our entrances have keyless coded locks for security and deadbolts on all apartment doors. We allow cats with a $250 nonrefundable pet fee and a monthly $25 fee. We do not allow dogs. Our application requirements are a credit score of 650 and net income must be at least 3x the monthly rent.. Documents needed for the application are photo ID and 1 month of paystubs.
