I've been leaving there for 5 years and the reason I'm still there it's security and also very clean I also love the accessibility to the store, school,and bank even the Post office everything is around love it
Apartment building prioritizes the 600 building but not the Colton apartment. Dial box been broken for 3-4 years under new management.
Great quiet space to live and the management and staff are quite friendly and responsive.

I would definitely recommend Colton Apartments. I was not driving and access to public transportation was a must for me. The bus and train station are very close. There are many amenities within the area. The leasing staff was very helpful and pleasant to work with which is a rarity and inevitably the reason I chose Colton. There was zero unexpected issues with the apartment.

Living at the Colton is very nice. The staff is extremely friendly and any maintenance issues are always handled promptly. I hope to live the rest of my life here and I’m only 53!!
its a bit of an older building but is kept pretty good. there are some new units too with newer looks

I have had a terrible experience living here and it's obvious unless a repair is an emergency, the management company doesn't care enough to repair issues or keep the building interior clean. If you have other options for living communities please seek and stay away from this run down smelly building.

Terrible place to live if you want things working, looking to not have your apartment leaking water every time it rains, if you wish to have peace from rodents or do simple tasks from your home, like washing your clothes. Awful experience as a resident in this building and with Colton Apartments.
