This is the best apartment for the money you will spend downtown. It’s close to the river and downtown and is the most modern and affordable apartment. It has a great rooftop view and everyone who lives here is always kind and willing to help with anything. It was the best apartment out of 15 I looked for down in Wichita.

Colorado derby lofts is probably the most solid choice if you want to live downtown in Wichita. High quality appliances, beautiful apartments, and excellent community. Renewing my lease was a no brainer.

I've only been here two weeks but have lived in another place owned by the same company. I've experienced nothing but great vibes from the staff here and would recommend it to those are looking for a place not quite in the heart of Downtown or Old Town but just in between those and the river. The view from the rooftop hangout is amazing and the people here are great! Definitely recommend at least you coming and taking a tour!

Awesome spaces, unique floor plans, can be as social or secluded as you feel, with the added bonus of underground parking or grace rentals. Also very pet friendly environment. Have been living here over a year and love it!

This is the best apartment I have ever lived in. Appliances are brand new. The views is incredible. The rooftop is my favorite place. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always amazing!
Colorado Derby Lofts not only is just beautiful, but ever neighbor is nice. It’s especially appreciated when they can also put up with my boyfriends elevator jokes. Not to mention, Angie is the nicest person ever. We always look forward to saying hi and having little chats.

I have lived in several apartments downtown and Coloado Derby is by far the best! Great rooftop! Gated parking! Walking distance to everything downtown!

I moved in to the derby lost 3 months ago and its a really nice and quite place to live in downtown. The building and equipments are new and modern and the apartment manager angie is really nice and quick to respond if you have maintenance emergency. Definitely recommended
It is a nice place to live in a convenient location in downtown. Close to the river and a little walk to old town. It is also close to the ymca. The rooftop is great!

Angie is the best! She fixes all problems that she can up front and the maintenance team is also great too! Lived here for over a year and have had almost 0 issues with the living! Love living here in downtown!
