Worst living experience ever especially having a pregnant girlfriend getting eaten alive by bed bugs. They didn’t do anything about the bugs and no AC and the pool doesn’t open it’s just for show. Laundry room had 4 washers and dryers for 150+ apartments. Always bums and tweakers walking around in complex. Very disappointed that there apartment ad is telling people lies. 10/10 don’t recommend if I could give 0stars I would.

I've lived at Colony for 6 months and love it! The Manager and staff are friendly & my neighbors are nice. They are currently remodeling the complex and it looks beautiful. Anytime I put in a work order it is done same day thanks to the awesome maintenance staff. If you are looking for an inexpensive studio Colony Inn is for you!
I have lived here for three years now, I have read some other reviews but some are not talking about this complex, the pool has been open every year that I have been here, the new management we have is really good, kind, friendly, helpful. They want to do what they can to help us residents happy. It's quit, close to store as well down town. There are a great place for a single person to live. If you have a pet dog or cat, they are real respectful of your pet. Easy to make friends here, as well get to know others. Some comments I have seen are not about this place, I have not seen or heard any of the problems here these people are saying, so becareful when reading negative reviews. If your looking for a nice quit place to live come take a look and see for yourself. Trust me you will be happy.
Dishonest management. They run a monopoly on application fee's & rent deposits by lying about having room availability. Not only do they charge an application fee, they also charge for a room deposit even if you don't have the room yet. When most apartments take maybe a day or two to do a background-check, this place takes weeks to over a month; your deposit is non-refundable after three days, and this place takes their time doing background-checks, and if you confront them about it they will claim technical difficulties and were unable to process your application. They claim the pool was recently closed for renovation, but it's actually been closed for over 4 years. They will claim to have computer problems if you try and send them emails or fax, or they may say they never received something even if you have proof, or they say an issue was someone else’s fault and not their own. If it suits their benefit, suddenly their computers and emails are magically working again. If you are due a refund for deposits, they wont return it. There are better and cheaper places in the same area that give you your own shower and toilet. This place isn't worth looking at. There needs to be an investigation on this place, and it needs to be shutdown.
Not real bad places, but nice and quiet. Need bigger rooms though. Don't care for the shared kitchen and bathroom.
I feel like little Red Riding Hood. Previous places were either too large or too small. Here it is just right. Also I wanted a place where I felt like management wanted me. They made me feel right at home.
I have lived here for two months now and love it.. The place is kept clean,and the noise level is very low. The other residents are very kind, and willing to help you if you need any thing.

Great price for these rentals but you must share a shower and toilet with at least 1 other renter. The kitchen is communal also-shared with at least 3 other renters. Also the thermostat which regulates heat is in the kithen area and cannot be adjusted!

While the family friend, didn't like the thought of sharing a bathroom, I must say the staff was VERY helpful and not "pushy" I found the grounds to be clean and quiet. We came in the fall so I didn't get to see the pool open ,but it looked nice. The video library was a nice amenity too.
This was a delight. Safe, clean and excellent management.
