Situated approximately six miles southeast of downtown Little Rock via I-30W, the Upper Baseline neighborhood gives residents access to family-friendly amenities, such as bowling at Professor Bowl West on Towne Oaks Drive and ice and roller skating at Arkansas Skatium on South Bowman Road. They are the worst in management, rude and raise their voices and the apartments are horrible.
My first review was deleted !!! This place is horrible!!! It's roach infested and the management is rude it's to much to pay when you can stay up the street for about 575!!! For the same thing but with less roaches !!!!!!
Colonial parc apartments are affordable and clean apartments, management is nice and friendly and if you have any issues they will get it fixed promptly. They have clean grounds and are always doing improvements, if you are looking to find somewhere nice to live nut not break the bank, check them out.
