Cradled in the Catskill Mountains, between Binghamton and New York City, Monticello is one of the largest villages in Sullivan County. Named after the residence of Thomas Jefferson, Monticello is a mostly residential community with an array of shops, restaurants, and a library along its commercial Broadway Row right in the center of town.
Monticello is also home to the Monticello Casino and Raceway, which draws crowds of tourists and locals alike. I lived at the GreenWood estates location for a total of 2 years and was absolutely pleased. My rent was reasonable, my apartment was very specious, and clean. If I had a concern, I wpuld call the friendly office staff, and they were answered promptly as well as accurately. I would of love to stay but my family grew and the apartment became too small for us. I have referred friends to your different properties and they have felt in love. I will give your property and staff 5 stars
