Property Ratings at Colonial Apartments
My husband and I have lived here for a year and a half now. Maintenance is always fast to fix any problems. We live in a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The living rooms are spacious. The kitchen is rather small. Even though this apartment is located in Broadway, it is not loud and noisy. The bus stop is half a block up the street, which is very convenient. If we were not moving out of state we would stay living here.
