Also referred to as Rolando Village, Rolando lies in the Mid-City region, about a 20-minute drive from Downtown San Diego. The neighborhood is located just three miles south of San Diego State University, so it's a great option for renters looking to be close to campus. Except for El Cajon Boulevard, Rolando remains largely residential. Rolando's curving streets are famous for their nostalgic, bungalow-style homes and charming, rolling hills. I can call this my home!!!
I have dealt with many property management companies and I can honestly say that since day one, me and my girlfriend have been VERY happy here. Welsh property management isn't just professional, they are excellent with communication and they care about their tenants. Our place might be small, but maintenance and management make us feel like this is home. Highly recommended.
