Cute, quiet neighborhood with friendly staff My tour with Ariel sealed the deal. I chose this community for my next home. It is quaint and small, peaceful and has water features. Ariel was professional, kind and honest. I recommend looking at this complex!

Lack of empathy for residents Unreasonable. Charge a lot for rent but aren’t understanding, as well as the complex is left in dangerous conditions after winter weather. They do not plow or salt properly. They over work maintenance staff and won’t hire more works to assist with the complex tidiness and safety of residents.

Ok so far We've been here 1 month and so far ok. When we first moved in, we had to unpack everything we just out away because pest control was coming for an ant issue. Since theyve come out (4 times) weve seen more ants then ever. Also, the parking lines are horrible and need to be repainted so folks can actually see where to park at. The office staff is very nice and helpful.

Move in I’m new to the community.. So far so good.. I was greeted with very thoughtful gifts.. I’ve had prompt response to my work order.. I can’t find anything to complain about.. The grounds up keeping is awesome and i feel at peace.. The only thing i don’t like is the tenants will double park making it hard for someone else to park and the parking is already limited..

Over all good My move in process at leasing office was excellent. Although when I checked the apartment, there are few things I will like to highlight that needs attention. Kitchen cabinet are not well furnished, there are roughly edges and the wooden compartments inside the cabinets have roughy surface. Also you should change regular hinges with soft closing ones. The A/C went outside is too loud, should have kept at a little more distance than the apartment wall. Even the A/C went inside the apt is loud. Some of the newly painted areas in kitchen is chipping off, that's not good. Rest is all good. Thank you!

Safe and friendly environment The management and maintenance teams are extraordinary! Everyone is friendly and helpful. A problem with an alarm system in my apartment was responded to immediately. Other requests have been met within 24 hours. The apartment complex is safe, and the grounds and apartments are well maintained. I highly recommend living here.

Broken A/C My a/c was blowing out hot air Thursday night, so I decided to put in a work order on the apartment's app. By Friday, maintenence showed up to my apartment to fix the problem. Unfortunately, the problem could not be solved that day, but I was left with two portable cooling units. By Saturday my a/c was fixed and I still had the two portable cooling units just in case. Monday when I arrived home from work the two cooling units were picked up and my a/c works better than ever! Me and a friend of mine were really impressed with how fast everything was solved.

Nice College Courts has its pros and cons Very clean and quiet Staff nice and helpful only thing that bothers me is that You can not keep your barbecue grill outside on the balcony after your done barbecuing. But most of all nice garbages area clean.

College Courts of Nora I loved staying here. The complex supervisors’ office is wonderful and friendly and they are always here to help. There is always a quick response to solve some malfunctions that may occur with the home’s equipment. This is a wonderful thing and it has happened to me before. We hope that the rental cost will not increase because it is at its maximum.

Water improvement I’m not sure what is being done differently but at least in my area or perhaps particularly my apartment, the hard water seems to have improved more than 50%! My Brita water putters no longer are collecting hard water stained, and when I use my sous vide cooking device, it usually gets clogged with hard water after at least 4 uses which I’ve not had to clean it for a while! And after use the water bath no longer has particles of hard water floating in it!

I needed my front door replaced because my apartment was broken into. Zach and Jr were amazing. They came right away when they heard, they wanted to make sure that I was safe. They stayed well past closing to replace my front door. They were very professional as always.

Office staff was wonderful and so helpful! This apartment is more than I hoped for! It’s a small one bedroom but has 3 large closets for storage. I love that the laundry and mailbox is in the unit! Move in was great and I’m very thankful to have my own place!
