Cole Apartments

So far it’s been great. Really enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. They host lots of great community get together and the best part is they are family friendly. It is well maintained and kept clean from the hallways to the parking garage. Anytime there’s a maintenance request they take care of it immediately. The location is perfect to get anywhere around town. You have easy access to the trails and lake activities.

Love living at the Cole! They put on some great events every month, like the 4th of July party and the sunset boat cruise. The community is great, and my apartment is beautiful.

Love living here! Great staff and amenities. Quick maintenance or follow up on any issues. Have never had any pest issues or problems with cleanliness. 10/10 would recommend, we resigned for another year!

It's been good! Currently on our 3rd year. Maintenance is super fast and reliable. Great location, great garage, nice staff, fun events, etc.

Love the Cole. Couldn't ask for a better location, and the big windows let in so much natural light. Also, the maintenance team has resolved everything I've requested within a day or two!

I absolutely love living ar The Cole Apartments. Downtown living on the river and Lake Travis gives me the beauty to swim and kayak plus the restaurants and entertainment. Amazing staff, great neighbors and a secure building.

Best apartment in the zilker area! Wish we could buy in the building instead of rent. Walkability is amazing, events for the community are fun.

We absolutely love it here at the Cole. Management and maintenance staff have been amazing! There’s monthly community events that make living in such a great location even better.

The location is outstanding with the trail and Zilker in walking distance (also perfect during ACL). You can also walk your Paddleboard to lady brid lake during summer. Chuys, the food truck lot, Juiceland, new Asian fusion, Lou’s, House Wine, Pterrys and Juliet’s is right around the corner. The apartment events are also super fun! Rent is too expensive though, especially with the office building going up next door which is about to block the downtown view.

Moving countries has been a huge difficult but Cole has made the accommodation process as simple as possible. Maintenance is very responsive.

Overall, it was a great experience moving in -- Very seamless and easy process. The parking situation is great too. We're excited to be living here!

I love the location, and the units are large. It feels homey right when you move in. Large windows, which I love!

I have loved living at this community. It is close to downtown, feels very safe, and the apartment employees make sure there are plenty of fun events to look forward to as a community. The apartments are very spacious and have plenty of storage which is a huge plus as well

I have lived at the Cole 2 years and there is constant construction to the apartment as it is very old. The hallways and elevators and surrounding streets will be closed off the majority of the year. Additionally there is retail construction below the apartment that is very loud starting at 7:30AM and will wake you up and interrupt you if you work from home. You can also hear the train at night.

Best apartment I have lived in thus far in Austin. The leasing office and people are amazing. Great location and very easy to get in and out of the building.

Best service ever. Service and management is always helpful & nice. Mgmt. always makes time for me when I have a question or a request. I appreciate them.

Cole hosts great resident events. We just took a sunset boat ride on Ladybird for free. It was great and we met other nice people in our complex. They’ve also had free kayaking and monthly happy hours and we’ve only been here since May.

I love the community events, they are always a fun time. Maintenance has also been very courteous and easy to set up. The apartment is also in a great location.

The Cole has been my favorite apartment community I have lived in! There is always an event being put on by our community managers, its an amazing location, and just overall great experience.

It’s a great location.l I love that I live on the top floor, but I think the floors should have been made more sound proof in general. I do like this community and everyone in the office plus the community events. I would love another wine tasting at house wine vs Toomey tap house however. Also it would be nice to change the happy hour to House Wine or elsewhere nearby for those who want a better choice of beverage to mingle.

Absolutely love living here. The location cannot be beat, and the responsiveness from everyone in leasing and maintenance whenever issues or questions arise is always extremely quick!

Love the fact that this is a small community, so getting thing resolved is normally a quick timeframe. Additionally, this creates more of a personal connection with the entire community (staff & residents).

I would only recommend living on the first floor with direct in/out access. The amenities are meh and there is absolutely no service. The inability to have packages sent directly to my residence is bizarre, and the building does not feel clean or welcoming.

The location fits the lifestyle of those that love to be outdoors- enjoying nature and also being in the heart of the city. To be walking distance to these locations is worth everything.

I've now lived at Cole since May 2018. Due to Covid, I was looking to find some ways to save on my monthly expenses and decided to downsize. The Cole Staff was amazing and helped me accomplish this goal without having to leave this wonderful community. I would and do recommend it to people living in and moving to Austin on a daily basis.

Cole offers beautiful apartment units in a prime location, for an actually reasonable price. The staff and neighbors foster a wonderful community that truly feels like home.

The location, really and how quiet it is. Those are the things I’m pleased with.

I love living at The Cole. It is a small and tight knitted community wit all of the large complex amenities, which is by far my favorite quality. I am always on the streets promoting Austin's best kept secret...The Cole.

I would definitely recommend if anyone asked for recommendations on apartments in the area. Cole is in the perfect location.

lots of local competition with newer features, building dog parks, pools with views. My recommendations would be based on a great location, some larger unit options with great views, and the staff being very helpful and friendly

I would definitely recommend it. Good value, great location, good amenities, nice community, good resident programs through the Cares program, and awesome office & maintenance staff who did a great job making it feel like home.

The leasing office makes my experience so fantastic. Usually landlords and leasing agents are awful, but the ladies downstairs are exceptional and so helpful. It's by far the best apartment experience I've had in all my years of renting. It's not perfect, but that's okay. Would definitely recommend the community to others.

The staff is sooooo nice and very welcoming! This is a HUGE relief for me because the staff at my last leasing office were not the nicest and made me feel extremely uncomfortable anytime I came into the leasing office. I am happy that I can feel comfortable reaching out to the staff at Cole Apartments. Everything is amazing about this community, it's in a great location! Super close to downtown, zilker, the greenbelt, auditorium shores, and so many eateries. The floor plans have a beautiful layout and the pool is so pretty!! The only 2 small "negative" things is the elevators are a bit scary... when I did my tour I felt like it was going to get stuck. Very loud and jerky on the ride up. Also the elevators and hallways could use a cleaning. The gym is a bit small and could use a cleaning as well. But other than that, the place is fantastic!!

The monthly rate is high but I really like most aspects of the community. I still believe that the lack of a real workout facility is a huge detraction.

Yes I would, not just because of location and atmosphere, but also because of familiarity and personality and professionalism, care and courtesy of all staff members.

It would really depend on what particular family members and friends are looking for. If they are looking for a nice place and are not concerned about having a lot of space (in closets, laundry rooms, living space, gym, pool) and want to be in an excellent location, then I would 10/10 recommend.

I love the location, and the only disappointment is that for the amount of rent the walls should be much better sound proofed. When I can hear my neighbors washer on spin cycle at 11 pm, or someone walking in heels down the hall in my bedroom not such a great value for the rent amount.

The staff is great, the location is great, it's clean and safe. The workout facilities are substantially sub-par. There are some building upgrades/deferred maintenance that should be addressed (older glass makes for louder, energy inefficient condos for example). The expense is cost-prohibitive to living here long-term.

The staff and maintenance here are absolutely awesome! BY FAR the best apartment staff I have ever had.... EVER.

It?s a great location. You pay for that, but the building is kind of old and there are some things i would definitely discuss with anybody that i would recommend so that they make a decision based on every ascpect.

The pool is recently renovated. That's definitely a PLUS. However, the gym is still old and need new stuff. The elevator has foul smell from time to time.
