Property Ratings at Club at Stone Oak
The gate was always broken, so sketchy people would be walking around at night sometimes. There was never any parking after 7:30pm so I had to park by the front gate, which was not near my building. The dumpster was always over-filled and had furniture sitting next to it. My friends on the other side of the complex had sketchy encounters with people outside of their building. One of them got their car broken into and the employees in the office said “crime happens everywhere” with no way to remedy the situation. When I was moving out, I had issues with rent- they wanted me to pay way over the amount I actually owed. I have also never lived at an apartment complex that did so many “safety checks” where staff had to come in to your apartment when you were gone to check on something. So many issues at this place. So happy since I have moved out.

Very sketchy apartment!! Terrible staff! Multiple cars broken into last night and office staff’s response was “crime happens everywhere”. Zero concern for tenant’s safety or well being!

I never write reviews but this time I feel the need to write one about this property. To make a long long story short and I just wanna ask you this... Do yourself a big favor and don't rent an apt in Club at Stone Oak unless you want horrible customer service, roaches inside and outside your apartment, dirty hallways and common areas, loud neighbors.. Overall a horrible experience!!!

We always do our best to address each and every resident issue when it is brought to our attention in a timely and fair manner. Our pest control company is out every Wednesday to eliminate any pest control issues that are given to us and our courteous maintenance team strives to keep our community clean seven days a week. Management at this place is the worst!!!! I would take care of the carpeting, we would never walk in with our shoes on. The walls had normal wear and tear . yet they charged me extra when I left. The Garbage situation is disgusting. the garbage is always overflowing. My car was all dinged up. Stay away from here!!!!!

Nicole will report on your credit that your apartment needs $800 worth of repairs if she does not personally like you. I have witnessed her making up charges even when the apartment is really fine just to ruin people's credit. Karma will hopefully stop her, or maybe the owners will realize they have employed a really hateful person and dismiss her

Apartment is very good, public areas are clean and well maintained. Excellent community with excellent local schools (Stone Oak). Full-time maintenance employees on site for repairs so fast response. Management very accommodating to needs, concerns, etc. Overall excellent apartments.

These apartments are very well priced for the Stone Oak area. The location is good, the apartments are spacious and the property is still in good shape. This is the first place I have lived at in San Antonio where I actually renewed my lease and wasn't dying to escape.
