It’s a good thing Living here. The gate get broken every once in a while and certain amenities don’t operate as should. Other than that, it’s good living here.

Amenities definitely need an upgrade. The pool area looks unmanaged. Bugs/leaves etc all in the pool and the chairs don’t look like they’ve been cleaned ever. Grills barely work etc. Overall apartment units are nice and it’s pretty quiet as well. Maintenance responds in a timely fashion as well.

Everything went well. I didn’t have any maintenance requests, a few weeks after moving in I had an issue with a flickering light and when I put the maintenance request in they came the very next day. No issues or complaints here.

Amazing. Love it here. Been here 3 years. The leasing staff is the best you can ask for. I feel secure and safe. All my neighbors are totally friendly. Plus the braves stadium is less than 5 minutes walking distance.

Clover is home. A super chill spot with friendly neighbors and safe—grounds are well kept and clean. I don’t give 5 stars because the gym area could use some love and the maintenance requests we submitted never got attention but I know that the team was transitioning so it makes sense they were behind. A plus is that the pool is always clean and I love that we don’t have to pay extra to park. Love this niche community near Atlanta and the Battery!

Great place to live. It is always very clean and quiet. The only reason why it is not 5 stars is due to their maintenance backlog. They struggle to provide service on a timely manner and it is due to lack of employees and they know it. I hope that they fix this issue soon!

Clover Apt is a wonderful place to live! I've rented several apartments over the years and this is the BEST by far. It's clean, and safe too! I've gone away on business and left my car and apartment unattended and nothing was touched. The trash is picked on timely and so far, maintenance has come when needed. I'd recommend this complex to others.

I love everything about our community. It is quiet, I feel safe and the amenities are awesome. The only thing I would say needs to improve is the maintenance request, they take extremely long to get things fixed, but other then that, I love living here.

Great location, 3 blocks away from the Battery. Lived here for a while now. Safe community, clean property. I don’t like that they always change management and employees that work in the leasing office but overall satisfied. I wish they had a dog park as many tenants have dogs that live here but the pool, gym, tennis/pickle ball court and public garden makes up for it. The public laundry room is trash. Machines don’t work properly and have been that way for a while however, car wash on property and trash valet is super convenient.

Been a resident for 3 years. I have the best set of neighbors one can ask for. Property is clean and we're walking distance to the braves stadium, Cumberland mall and tons of attractions including restaurants. Staffing agents are amazing.

Amazing complex and very close to the battery. Only downside is maintenance is a tad slow but they are low on maintenance staff. Overall very happy with the complex.

Everybody is super friendly but it takes way too long for service request to be completed. I waited over 3-4 months for items on my walk thru sheet to be completed. Came home from a trip one time to no water without any notice. Also a friends car got tagged for a tow after visiting for 4 hrs one day just because she had an out of state license plate on her car. We do not have visitors parking and there was no notice to sign in visitors but even more importantly it was only 4 hrs not days or weeks.

Nice location, cool neighbors every one works and have lives so not to much noisy people. Maintenance energy could be better and also cleaning of pool more frequently and keeping up with broken amenities
