I just moved here in May and I love it! The staff is so nice, any maintenance issues get fixed quickly, everything is well taken care of. I love my apartment and the modern upgrades. I also love how dog friendly it is here too! I moved here from almost three hours away and they made everything so easy to do from where I was.

Although we have only been here for a couple of weeks, we are pleased so far. The management has been helpful & professional. The apartment is close to stores & restaurants - good location. It seems to be quiet & the apt has been updated. Good floorplan & patio area as well.

I rented my first apartment at Adventura Clear Creek and though it was a completely new process to me, I had no difficulties at all because the staff and management all went out of their way with effort and attention to walk me through it. My apartment is the nicest I’ve seen by far compared to others of the same price range and had many additional or better features than the other complexes I visited. It is much more spacious, clean, looks completely new. I saw a few small issues with window features upon moving in and they were fixed the next day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience so far.

Making us remove our gas bbq grills is not condusive to a pleasant living experience and for those of us who used our grills 3-4 days a week, its very annoying and lessens the living experience. It's not a fun place to live anymore.

However, as you may know, the use of gas grills is not permitted in our community due to safety concerns. The safety and well-being of all residents is our top priority, and we must adhere to these guidelines to ensure a safe living environment for everyone. That said, I want to make sure you still have access to a great grilling experience. We have a gas grill available at the clubhouse that residents can use year-round. It’s a wonderful space to gather with friends and family while enjoying delicious grilled meals. Have good experiences with maintenance and their service when reporting issues. However, when reporting issues to management there’s not a lot of follow up. Almost every grass area, including the dog park, has large amounts of unpicked up dog poop. There are only a handful of waste baskets around and after reporting issues there is no follow up. Nobody is incentivized or expected to clean up after their pets here making a miserable experience for everyone. Editing for follow up 4.12: The dog poop problem continues to be completely underplayed. The dog park is unusable as it is full of un picked up poop. Lining each sidewalk in the community and around every breezeways are multiple piles of it. There is not one part of the community free from dog poop.

The renovations have been a great update, it’s easy to park and get around the complex, and the area is perfect. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is due to the lack of communication between the main office and residents when the package room is down, or the pool is closed, or changes in schedules for updates around the complex that impact you. I use the community rewards app and follow them on insta so even just a post about these things would be awesome!

Maintenance repairs are done kind of sketchy and not as nice as they should be, but it is a good community. People leave so much dog poop around the property and in the dog park, so that is definitely frustrating as well. Amy is the best part about the office!

Maintenance crew is amazing and fast to respond. Front desk is so nice, if you have a pet they interact so kindly it makes you feel at home! The other residents are so kind and helpful also!

This environment/community is very welcoming. Everyone is nice, helpful & friendly. We love our new home, their clean & well kept. We’ve been here 3 days & already feel apart of the community, we feel we are where we are meant to be. This was a big move for us. Our dog has new doggie friends & she is loving it!

My residence experiences has been good! Nice community and in a good area with a lot around you. The constant construction and remodeling is my one complaint, but as that is almost done now those who will be living here will really enjoy the renovated facilities!

Great location, great quick maintenance staff, but it is hard to get a hold of administration. They might be understaffed at the moment and are trying to make it work at a time of busy renovations.

My move in was conducted quickly with Amy. She got myself and my kids into the perfect apartment with little to no wait time! We were happily moved in 2 days after applying, with every single question and concern addressed. They followed up and made sure we were happy and successfully moved in. Everything that needed to be taken care of upon move in was taken care of timely. We are very happy with our experience and happy to be apart of the community!

When we need something done in our apartment it always needs to be a hassle. It’s always blamed on another “company”. If you want something done your best chance is going in person to the office. We pay for amenities here but only have so many while the clubhouse is being worked on along with the gym. The dog park here is unclean as there is poop everywhere. Trash pickup seems to come when they feel like it, which is funny since we pay almost $40 a month alone for that. If you need something done and tell the office you have to remind them often until it finally gets done. Apartment is nice but have to be hopeful you won’t need anything fixed or taken care of, they like to say they understand when it’s something they don’t have to live with.

The location is great surrounded by wooded areas and near a great running trail. The neighborhood is quiet and the apartments are beautifully renovated.

I’ve had a lot of problems living at Clear Creek starting with the day we moved in. Lots of little issues and lots of big, insurmountable issues. It’s always someone else’s issue, not the person I talk to, ie previous people in the position, maintainence, property manager, offsite contractors… the list goes on and one. Be prepared for many miscellaneous fees over your rent, about an extra $120 per month for a family of 2. We haven’t had a grounds Team in o er a year so they are lacking bad and garbage piles up in common areas like mailroom and parking lots. A lot of that is due to careless tenants too. It’s got it’s good sides too, but be diligent. I’m sure others have had better experiences, not me.

Overall things have been good here. I moved in back in September of 2020, during then pandemic, and I really thought well of the area, due to the amenities, the easy access to shopping and public facilities, and the relatively simple commute to work. It has lost some of its luster with me, due to the passage of time, but also having to deal with neighbors and the ebb and flow of the neighborhood. I personally feel that, for the money, Aventura Clear Creek is a good location, but is better for starter families than it is for singles.

I love everything about the i am currently living the only thing that I dislike it’s not having cameras around the apartment, I personally think everything about should provide a camera because there’s thieves everywhere so to prevent lost or stolen a camera is definitely required to catch them thieves.
