The apartment is amazing. The only issue I had is that the hot and cold water in the master bath shower is flipped! I absolutely love everything else!

Pretty decent living condition. Gym and swimming pool are pretty cool, but little expensive, however, I understand the price. If you guys give more equipment at gym that will be more nice. Thanks

The local area is being built up very nicely with plenty of shopping nearby. It is a very easy drive to downtown Athens and to UGA. The floor plan is great and very open with modern appliances. The amenities are extremely clean and add a lot of value to the community. My only negatives so far is that the flooring is very easy to scratch and the nearby construction can be pretty noisy on the weekends.

Classic City Flats is a quiet, respectful community. The amenities are awesome and always well kept. The apartments themselves are spacious, newly updated and unique. I live in a one bedroom with my boyfriend and I feel like we both have plenty of room without feeling like we are constantly on top of one another. I would sincerely recommend Classic City to those post-grad looking for a quieter, clean community.

We had such an awesome touring and application experience! We loved the staff, the beautiful new apartments, and the amenities. We toured dozens of apartments and applied for this one immediately after seeing it. We can’t wait to move in next month. I sincerely wish we could move in earlier!!

Me and my husband moved in Jan 9th and ever since then we have not been disappointed. Staff is amazing and they take care of you from the moment you are touring to when you are apart of the community. I would highly recommend classic city flats to anyone!

I highly recommend Classic City Flats! It is a quiet community with respectful residents. The amenities are top notch (my boyfriend and I love ending the day at the pickle ball court!) I live in a one bedroom apartment with my cat, my boyfriend and myself. It is spacious enough that I never feel like we are on top of each other. I love classic city flats and I am so thankful to have found this community!

Nice staff and really nice brand new apartments. I am in a 2x2 and love it. The kitchen is the best I’ve had in any apartment, the cabinets space is huge along with a big pantry.
