Moving in was easy and welcoming. Sierra assisted me excellently, and I couldn't be happier with the check-in process. Upon check-in, I was greeted by all staff with smiles and kind words. I was shown the mailroom and was informed about important information here at the complex.
Apartment is very nice , I love the pool and the gym . Application process was easy was approved the same day I viewed it . Really enjoy the staff

Office management is the BEST apartment management I’ve ever dealt with! Large apartments with quality appliances and luxury amenities! Very very happy!
First, let me start by saying we had a fantastic experience working with Sierra! She introduced herself and proceeded to understand what we were looking for and she assured us that we were in the right place. She laid everything out and then we went on a tour where we found the perfect location on the property. She then guided us through the processes to get all the way to our move in date. Plus, we received lots of discounts and won a TV with the Wheel Spin!! Thanks to the CCF Team!

We’ve enjoyed our time at the Flats. It’s definitely priced a bit above the average for the area. The amenities like the pool/fitness center are great but also well used by the residents now that the place is mostly full. The apartments are very nice and new, however you’ll likely come across one or two construction flaws if you move in soon. The staff does works well to address them. Overall, you’ll get a safe, clean apartment here but you’ll pay what it’s worth.

The leasing office staff are all incredibly kind and patient. I especially appreciate the maintenance team — they are always very patient and helpful. Parking is spacious and readily available, and the 24-hour coffee station is a great bonus. The only thing to be mindful of is the presence of bugs in the hallways from time to time, but I completely understand since the buildings are not fully enclosed.

I have had a really welcoming experience in my first few days of living here. The staff is wonderful and so kind. Everything is very easy to navigate. I had to send in two work orders, and they were done in next 24 hours

The local area is being built up very nicely with plenty of shopping nearby. It is a very easy drive to downtown Athens and to UGA. The floor plan is great and very open with modern appliances. The amenities are extremely clean and add a lot of value to the community. My only negatives so far is that the flooring is very easy to scratch and the nearby construction can be pretty noisy on the weekends.

Classic City Flats is a quiet, respectful community. The amenities are awesome and always well kept. The apartments themselves are spacious, newly updated and unique. I live in a one bedroom with my boyfriend and I feel like we both have plenty of room without feeling like we are constantly on top of one another. I would sincerely recommend Classic City to those post-grad looking for a quieter, clean community.

Beautiful new apartments with great appliances and very attentive staff! Neighborhood is nice and friendly, only issue is sometimes there are animal droppings that are not picked up.
