The people and the manager in the office are not equipped to make simple decisions for the residents. the maintenance folks do not clean the stairs and hallways and you cannot get assistance without filling out paperwork in the office or online. this is an over 55 community, and deserve more respect from the people who work here.

It's a nice and quiet place to live people seem to be friendly the staff and management is good only one drawback I wish they would keep the gym open cuz I get off and then at night I want to work out with the gym is closed other than that is a great place to live

The exercise room is not open and available so we can't use it. The other rooms are always locked. So there is nothing to do. I have talked to other people who live here and they say the same thing.

It's been 4yrs my experience at the Claremont hasn't been all that great. Office management changes much. There's so much going on the resident don't know what's right or wrong. I guess it's a process. If your not up for a daily change at a 55 and up community investigate first before you make you lock yourself into a lease a year lease.

Love the maintenance staff. I haven’t met the new management team yet. Love my apartment & the grounds are nice but we could really use more dumpsters at this location. It would sure help the parking lot look cleaner. The maintenance staff try as much as possible.

I love living here. The residents are nice. The office staff are great. Maintenance is always there when you need them. The dog park they just put in is really nice. The dogs get to get rid of their energy.

Love my apartment & the neiborhood. But I wish they would pressure wash our breeze ways. Other than that they are decent! Its pretty quiet in the apartment. Very convenient to shopping of all business. Right next to the ball park.

I love the location. The accessibility of the stores, variety of food and easy access to interstate . Wasn’t quite sure about the new paint color at first but it has grown on me now. I wish they would pay AT& T to upgrade or remove their services so we could have real internet connection!!!

The reason why I give 4* is because the toilet seats are cheap. They break easily. They slide to the left or to the right. And I am not the only one with this problem. The trash, sometime it don’t get picked up on the day assign.

Too much noise in the hallway. Too many people running up and down the stairs. People leaving items in the atrium as if it were a donation box. Visitors and or residents driving vehicles onto the property and blasting music all these things are a bad look.

We need security and cameras in hallway and elevators. They don't seem to take care of the trivial and not the important. We have hardly any activities besides adolescent activities.

I love my apartment, and the staff is awesome, and I met some nice residents besides myself here. They fix things when they are broken or need repair the property grounds are kept clean, I breezeways are clean, and I love that we have valet trash

I have been here since 2018 and have been promised internet service. Here it is almost 5 years later and 3-4 different property owners and still no internet service. 5 G boxes you can’t work from home using that and security level is very low. I have seen offices employees using their personal phone to get work done because of the aging DSL line. Which no one will upgrade!!

I actually like my apartment for the rental rate. It is a one bedroom, one bath with a sunroom. Management is lacking in doing cleaning and upkeep maintenance, but the grounds are maintained well. Although it is suppose to be for seniors they do have younger adults and children. My apartment is next door to the Cowboys stadium and tailgating tends to get loud but it is tolerable. The location is great for shopping and medical needs. My apartment works for me.
