The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Claire Pointe Condomniums
For starters, the apartment itself is amazing. Plenty of space, a wonderful master bed and bath, with an adequate sized second bedroom makes for pleasant sleeping arrangements. The common areas are also very open and well lit. The appliances in the kitchen are electric and there is even a space for a washer and dryer! The living room is carpeted and there is a gas fireplace for when it gets cold during the winters. With the great interior there is also a down side to this apartment. It is located directly adjacent to a sewage treatment facility. The smell isn't normally a problem until sometime around 7pm, but at that time (during the summer) the bugs tend to spring from their nesting place and do everything in their power to invade your home. So not only are you making every attempt to avoid going outside due to the smell, but if you open your door for even a second, millions of gnats and mosquitoes make themselves comfortable surrounding every light fixture in the house. Now there are steps you can take to negate this issue, but it is unfortunate none the less. The exterior is well kept, It is mowed once a week during the summer, and plowed as often as needed during the winter. Each apartment is allotted one underground parking space and for any second vehicles there is plenty of parking outside. There is nearby access to the bike path which is wonderful as dogs are allowed in these buildings. All in all this apartment is wonderful and would be five stars if it was located away from the sewage treatment plant and didn't have a exodus level bug infestation.
