City View Towers are twin high-rise apartments overlooking downtown Memphis, TN. City View is the largest Section-8 community in Tennessee and the one of the best for seniors over the age of 62 to call home. The property has an Elderly designation with HUD and we pride ourselves on our ability to provide seniors with an affordable, safe, and comfortable living environment in the Memphis area. We have two floor plans at City View; take your choice of one of our spacious studio, or one-bedroom homes. Most units come with a private balcony for residents to sit out and enjoy the view of downtown and the Mississippi River. We offer covered, off-street parking and controlled building access for the comfort and safety of our residents.
