The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at City Place Lofts
Showed up to a scheduled tour and they didn’t answer any phones and left me waiting outside for 10 minutes until I gave up, horrible management
City place lofts is incredibly clean, convenient and classy! Concrete floors, 13 ft ceilings and windows with great views of the Downtown skyline. Walking distance to anything you desire and you can hop on the light rail or bus and be anywhere else. Joe the manager is always friendly and you can usually find him tidying something up in the common areas. Now if I could just get them to validate my parking
