Property Ratings at Citrus Pacific Villas
I am a current resident here and this place is a nightmare. Don’t be fooled by the APU campus up the street or these fake 5 star reviews online. If you live on the first floor and have a tenant above you, prepare to hear every single footstep they make. If they have kids, prepare to hear them running across the floors. The floorings are thin and falling apart and it causes the noise to be amplified. In other words, if your upstairs neighbors wakes up at 6:30am, be prepared to wake up with them. Random people enter the apartment complex at random hours of the night, and the police are usually here a few times a month. Maintenance requests are usually completed very quickly which is great but it doesn’t take away from the overall horrible experience living here. Oh, however prepare for a plumber to show up, rip a hole in your ceiling same day. I was on my way out the door, and a plumber shows up saying he needs to rip a hole in the ceiling. He called the manager to confirm. I told her it was not a good day as I was on my way out and my boyfriend was working. We didn’t want a man in our apartment while our dog is there. She told me if I didn’t comply and move my day around basically that she would call corporate. So, I had to delay my day and my boyfriend had to come back on his lunch. Not to mention they left the hole in the ceiling (which created an awful smell) for 5 days. My best recommendation is to not rent an apartment here. Save yourself the headaches. Also, the other tenants are not pleasant.
