The management here is by far the best that both me and my fiancé have experienced. They are very helpful, quick to respond, and the maintenance here is no exception. We were happy to renew our lease for a second year and hope to stay for a third.

I love living at CH MLK. The apartments and amenities are all so nice and affordable. It's like a little oasis slightly outside the city. Very peaceful and has everything you need and more. The staff and maintenance people are great, and the monthly community events are a wonderful perk. Would 100% recommend anyone to live here.

I just moved in Citizen House MLK a while ago, and I am loving it so far. The apartment management is very helpful & the community is nice! The front office staff go out of their way to help you. The unit was extremely clean, appliances looked new, and it is spacious. It was in an excellent condition when I moved in. One person even asked me if I was the first resident of the unit. I signed the longest option, 15 month lease, and I am glad I did not choose any shorter options.

I'm writing this review with some disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the apartment building, specifically the recurring issue with trash in the hallways. While my apartment itself is fine, the condition of the common areas has been a consistent concern. On several occasions, I've encountered overflowing trash bins and bags piled up in the hallways. This not only creates an unpleasant odor but also raises concerns about sanitation. Beyond the trash issue, the building itself seems generally okay. However, the recurring problem with hallway cleanliness significantly impacts the overall living experience. I hope management will take more proactive steps to address this issue and maintain a cleaner environment for all residents. A clean and well-maintained common area is a basic expectation for any apartment building, and I hope to see improvement in this area soon.

I regret my decision to move here. There is constant noise from the upstairs neighbors. Parking has progressively worsened since the community has grown. The worst part is the lack of service. I am in a unit with a piece of community safety equipment that happens to be installed outside my window that alarms at all hours. The first time I reported it, it was well over six weeks before it was fixed. In the meantime, I had to silence it daily to get some sleep. It worked for a while and is now alarming again. When reporting it, I am told it here is nothing wrong with it. I have had to submit video to the office/ maintenance to prove it is malfunctioning. At this point, they have stopped responding and are ignoring my communication. This is definitely not a team focused on service.
I absolutely love living at CH MLK. I love that I don’t hear loud neighbors, the community is clean and modern. I love the smell of the amenities

We experienced theft and vandalism of our vehicle 3 different time in less than a month. We also have had packages stolen from our door. A beautiful complex does not give back peace of mind after that.
We love our apartment & resort-style pool in Citizen House MLK. The leasing staff is excellent and walked us through the whole leasing process step-by-step. There's cute community events twice a month including pool parties & bubblies & brunch!
This Property is beautiful! They were so intentional in designing a gorgeous and functional space to live. The property is peaceful with lots of amazing space for activities. The staff works hard and loves the people and the community as well. 10 out of 10 recommend!
Citizen House MLK is the best community we have lived at. The location is ideal (we're just about 10-15 minutes from anything!) and the office staff are so kind. The team and community made our big move to Austin easy.
