Great location, cool neighbours, womderfull staff :) You have to get used to the traffic around the building during events in Bank of America stadium etc but it is quite easy to manage.

Great location and amenities. Walkable to many great areas and wonderful views. Proximity to Bank of America is exciting, although does require some planning due to potential road closures on event days. Safe and secure parking. Maintenance is very quick and responsive if needed.

So far so good, just moved in a few days ago, everyone is friendly no really complaints. I do like the amenities, first week I got here they had a pool party which is nice to see others who live in the community. Very professional residents and customer service downstairs.

We just moved in a couple of days ago. The apartment itself was not too bad. It was fairly clean and nothing left inside from previous residence. We had a leak in our kitchen but the maintenance guy was quick to resolve the problem. The elevator reservation made our move very easy. Although unfortunately we did not expect this trash problem. The hallways reeked of trash which was very unpleasant.

We hated the trash smell too - our trash chute was damaged due to someone disposing of some household items not meant for a chute! We are happy to have identified the issue quickly and that everything will be resolved before the holiday weekend begins!
We love living at Circa! The staff is great and the amenities are amazing! The concierge staff is attentive, kind, and very helpful. I feel safe and welcomed in and around the building!

Great place until the weekends when concerts/events close off the roads and your guests get charged for parking. Other than that great but does cause a big issue most weekends

While we understand that the City's decision to close roads on event days can be frustrating, it is a side effect of living in such a City hotspot! Guest parking is only charged on large event days to diminish the flow of non-resident traffic through our community! Only doing the very best to keep our residents and community our top priority!
Circa Uptown is the only building in Charlotte that has successfully been able to keep me as a resident with multiple renewals. The staff is what sets the building apart from others, and that includes those within the leasing office, maintenance, and also the concierge. Everyone that works at Circa Uptown either genuinely cares about the residents or they fake it like true professionals exceling at their job. Regardless, residents are in good hands. Good luck finding that universal type of treatment elsewhere.

Jackson, the leasing manager, is really good at his job. He is diligent in following up and giving instructions throughout the process. The apartment is clean and everything works as expected upon moving in. I had ko issues getting around.

Absolutely loved Circa Uptown! In a great location plenty of entertainment and dining options just a few steps away. Building is clean, had one maintenance issue that occurred during irregular hours but it was fixed in a timely manner. Staff is nothing short of incredible and really made Circa feel like home. So sad to go, I will never forget how wonderful my experience was and I’m so grateful for everyone here!!

I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The location is ideal, with easy access to public transport, shopping, and dining options. Overall, I have a great time living at Circa Uptown. The apartments are a good size where you feel comfortable living in it. especially the bedroom. it is located close to uptown where you can easily walk to uptown.

The rating is really 4.5 stars due to very minor things that could be found at any complex. A new cast of characters moved into the building, which is a plus that bumped up my rating. Any cons just mostly come from the territory of living Uptown, so it's nothing to deter any future residents from considering moving to Circa Uptown. The staffing does whatever they can do keep/make it a pleasant living experience.

All of the staff here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and efficient, from maintenance to management. The ONLY complaint I have ever had is gameday traffic, but the city finally worked to improve accessibility since we've moved in.

I’ve been living in this apartment for about six months, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is ideal—close to shops, public transport, and parks. The building is well-maintained, with a secure entrance and friendly staff who are always responsive. My unit is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer, which makes life a lot easier. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekends, but I’ve managed to find a spot most of the time. Noise isn’t an issue; it’s generally quiet, and my neighbors are respectful. The rent is on the higher side, but considering the amenities and location, I think it’s worth it. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here

Good location, guest parking can be excessive, and always smells like smoke. Most of all floors do not have any kind of soundproofing so if you live anywhere but the 5th floor you will hear your upstairs neighbors every move.

Things that circa says the provided when we signed the lease vs what actually happens: -Free Visitor parking at all times, first come first serve (what actually happens: visitors of guests must now pay $40 on game days when there is a football game. This is not for the benefit of residents but rather a way for them not to have to check that they are actual visitors of residents) -We will continue to update you on elevator reservations”: I can’t even begin to try to count the amount of times the elevator has been reserved for moving/construction and there is no update on it being reserved/broken (which btw an elevator breaks here probably once a month and at one point both were broken! If you’re ADA, def don’t move here). I’ve been living here a year and a half now and it has only continued to go downhill. Move here if all that sounds great to you, but man I can’t even begin to imagine what it will be like a year from now.

Only thing this place has going for them is the location. "Beautification" has been going on for about a year now, even though they stated it was going to take a much shorter time. What that entails is a closed pool, closed courtyards, constant noise, constant trash, and one of the garage entrances is almost always blocked with construction equipment. Oh, and you now have to pay $40 per event, per day, to have a guest park in the visitor spot. So, if you have a guest over the weekend (the max they allow is three days), you could theoretically end up paying $120 for that guest to park there. Events include anything at BoA stadium (usually at least 1 a week) and Truist stadium (up to 5 a week during baseball season)

We understand the construction process can be a difficult one, but we pride ourselves on working through this with our residents in a productive, professional and seamless way. Regarding the parking - our community is so closely located to the local hotspots. In order to protect the integrity of our very large visitor parking area, we do provide low-cost event day parking to all building visitors. We hope you understand that our primary concern lies with the rent-paying residents of our community. Additionally, there is not scenario that would require any visitor here to pay $120 for visitor parking. The price for the individual event days is $40/day, but there are no back-to-back days on the event schedule Hope that helps!
Really great place to live, have not had any problems getting maintenance to come out in a timely fashion. Staff is great and super helpful!

I love my apartment, the community, and staff. The only problem with the building is on game days. They shut the roads down and won’t let you into the garage even though you live in the building. It’s something management needs to work on with the city.
