Friendly staff, great amenities and great location. I’ve been very happy the time I’ve been here. I would Definitely recommend to anyone moving in to the city or even a local that needs to new place.
View and location are the bread and butter of this place. I love to be in the city and feel part of it so this place is perfect for that, just make sure your apartment is facing the truist fields and not the train tracks.
Great staff, nice and clean environment, super location. Move-in was sure easy with constant help from the leasing staff. All the amenities are well maintained.

All in all Circa Uptown is a great place to live. The staff are so sweet, friendly, and helpful. The maintenance you never have to wait a long time for. They are also very friendly and professional, and help answer any questions you may have. The only downside is guests having to pay for parking on event days and the parking garage gate on third street never works

We’ve lived here for 4 years now and have really enjoyed it. The community is really well maintained. The office staff, concierge and maintenance are all excellent! They’re kind and clearly care about this place and the residents. Maintenance requests are done fast, issues are communicated well with the community (like if a garage gate breaks or the fire alarms went off), and it’s very clean. I’ve had no issues with insect invasions in 4 years, which is just a challenge in a humid area. The only challenge of the whole place, for us, is the game schedule. But, that cannot be helped, given the location. Overall they do a great job of warning us of street closures, which is all we can ask really! We have been very satisfied here and I’m glad we chose this as our first shared apartment together!

Great location, cool neighbours, womderfull staff :) You have to get used to the traffic around the building during events in Bank of America stadium etc but it is quite easy to manage.

Great location and amenities. Walkable to many great areas and wonderful views. Proximity to Bank of America is exciting, although does require some planning due to potential road closures on event days. Safe and secure parking. Maintenance is very quick and responsive if needed.

So far so good, just moved in a few days ago, everyone is friendly no really complaints. I do like the amenities, first week I got here they had a pool party which is nice to see others who live in the community. Very professional residents and customer service downstairs.

We just moved in a couple of days ago. The apartment itself was not too bad. It was fairly clean and nothing left inside from previous residence. We had a leak in our kitchen but the maintenance guy was quick to resolve the problem. The elevator reservation made our move very easy. Although unfortunately we did not expect this trash problem. The hallways reeked of trash which was very unpleasant.

We hated the trash smell too - our trash chute was damaged due to someone disposing of some household items not meant for a chute! We are happy to have identified the issue quickly and that everything will be resolved before the holiday weekend begins!

I have enjoyed my time living at Circa Uptown. I am in close proximity to work, bars and restaurants. Maintenance is top tier, always quick to respond to fix any issues. The office staff is also amazing and always available when needed.

While we understand that the City's decision to close roads on event days can be frustrating, it is a side effect of living in such a City hotspot! Guest parking is only charged on large event days to diminish the flow of non-resident traffic through our community! Only doing the very best to keep our residents and community our top priority!
Circa Uptown is the only building in Charlotte that has successfully been able to keep me as a resident with multiple renewals. The staff is what sets the building apart from others, and that includes those within the leasing office, maintenance, and also the concierge. Everyone that works at Circa Uptown either genuinely cares about the residents or they fake it like true professionals exceling at their job. Regardless, residents are in good hands. Good luck finding that universal type of treatment elsewhere.

Jackson, the leasing manager, is really good at his job. He is diligent in following up and giving instructions throughout the process. The apartment is clean and everything works as expected upon moving in. I had ko issues getting around.

Absolutely loved Circa Uptown! In a great location plenty of entertainment and dining options just a few steps away. Building is clean, had one maintenance issue that occurred during irregular hours but it was fixed in a timely manner. Staff is nothing short of incredible and really made Circa feel like home. So sad to go, I will never forget how wonderful my experience was and I’m so grateful for everyone here!!

The rating is really 4.5 stars due to very minor things that could be found at any complex. A new cast of characters moved into the building, which is a plus that bumped up my rating. Any cons just mostly come from the territory of living Uptown, so it's nothing to deter any future residents from considering moving to Circa Uptown. The staffing does whatever they can do keep/make it a pleasant living experience.

All of the staff here is amazing! Everyone is friendly and efficient, from maintenance to management. The ONLY complaint I have ever had is gameday traffic, but the city finally worked to improve accessibility since we've moved in.

I’ve been living in this apartment for about six months, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is ideal—close to shops, public transport, and parks. The building is well-maintained, with a secure entrance and friendly staff who are always responsive. My unit is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. I especially appreciate the in-unit washer and dryer, which makes life a lot easier. The only downside is that parking can be a bit tight, especially on weekends, but I’ve managed to find a spot most of the time. Noise isn’t an issue; it’s generally quiet, and my neighbors are respectful. The rent is on the higher side, but considering the amenities and location, I think it’s worth it. Overall, I’m really happy with my decision to move here

Good location, guest parking can be excessive, and always smells like smoke. Most of all floors do not have any kind of soundproofing so if you live anywhere but the 5th floor you will hear your upstairs neighbors every move.
