Move in was great! Ava made sure everything went very smoothly and everything was taken care of. The apartment was clean and ready for us when we arrived.

Amazing location. Incredibly clean. Extremely responsive and skilled maintenance staff. Management office is also helpful and we have regular events. The other tenants are very nice and it is a great community to live in. Free coffee and tea is an amazing daily perk on top of it all.

I’ve lived at Circa 922 for almost one year and have nothing but great things to say. The staff is wonderful, the apartments are beautiful, and the location is perfect.

Recently moved in and the team made process very smooth. So far the building has been great and I'm looking forward to my time here :-) Everything is very clean, the maintenance and leasing staff are really nice and helpful, and the building feels very safe.

I have really enjoyed this community! Everyone that is within this community is so sweet and welcoming. Everyone is willing to help and directs you to the proper channels when you are in need of help around the building.

Circa 922 has been a wonderful experience having lived here for almost a year now. The building is kept incredibly well, the employees and caretakers are always warm and welcoming, and the units are great quality. Not to mention, the West Loop is the best neighborhood in the city to live in!

When we started looking for apartments, we knew we wanted to be in West Loop. When we came to Circa, we knew right when we walked in the door it was the perfect spot for us. The team here was super knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure. The building itself (and what we loved the most) was more boutique feel and very well maintained. I left saying did you see the white paint was still super white and the carpets so clean? You could tell right away they took care of the property and when you take care of something you know there is care there. We just signed our second year and would highly recommend the property.

I’ve live in Circa 922 for over six months now and only have had a positive experience. Everything from the staff, amenities, and neighbors have been spectacular. It’s hard to be the location as well.

This is a wonderful place to live! The building is gorgeous, the staff is so attentive and quick with requests and it's in the perfect location.

Almost 18 months later I still enjoy living here. The building is clean and has a safe feel. There have been many improvements to the building during my time here and the pool area is currently being updated. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The building is much quieter now that one of the neighbors has moved out.

I recently moved into Circa 922 exactly a week ago. The building staff have been kind, supportive, and, resourceful. I’m excited to explore what West Loop has to offer!

I am not here often but the staff are always very nice and I am able to get an extra parking space when I need one. I love the amenities wish I could take advantage of them more.

Overall great experience property managers know me and address me by name. Everyone is pleasant and the building is well maintained. I’ve only needed maintenance twice in the year I have been here and it was addressed professionally and promptly, with extra attention to detail by the maintenance team.

On day one, I’ve had a great experience, move in was seamless and management was super kind and friendly. Hopefully my experience living there will be as good as my experience moving in!

Circa 922 is nothing short of exceptional. From day 1, the leasing agents made filling out the leasing documents a breeze and answered all questions effectively. Every staff member is friendly and always willing to help you, including the maintenance team and cleaning crew. Maintenance requests are answered and resolved quickly, facilities are spotless (even the grills are cleaned every day), and neighbors and furry residents are a pleasure to be around. It is also arguably one of the nicest apartment complexes off of Randolph street and a short walking distance from the Morgan L stop. Shout out to Admir and Nick for their help throughout this process! Love this place!

Circa 922 is a great place to live. Well-run, low key, great amenities. Staff always available and helpful. Neighbors are friendly. 5 years and counting for me!

Move-in was seamless! Nick answered all our questions for the weeks and months leading up to it. We were able to reserve the freight elevator and park in an alley with convenient access to the building. Even when we accidentally blocked part of the buildings garage door, everyone was so nice and patient about it, helping us come up with a solution and guide our truck to a better spot in the alley.

Circa 922 has been so wonderful this first month of living here. The staff are so kind and maintenance staff are outstanding! The amenities are always clean and functional. Neighbors are very friendly too.

Management has always been friendly and attentive. They take the time to get to know your name and always greet you with a smile. The building is extremely pet friendly and offers great amenities like a dog spa and a dog run area so you don’t have to leave the building for those potty breaks. Maintenance requested are handled quickly and they make sure to resolve your issue. The common spaces are clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to live.

Circa922 is great for expats who have just moved to Chicago and are looking for a great place to live in a bustling neighbourhood. They have plenty of events within the building on monthly to meet new people!

The friendly staff made my move-in really easy and stress-free. Also, the building is kept really clean! Apartment staff also host fun events every other week I would recommend!

It’s been a great experience living at Circa. The building is clean, safe, and comfortable with plenty of common spaces and amenities. My apartment is modern and comfortable with plenty of outlets, an in unit washer and dryer, lots of cabinet space, and a big bathroom. It’s nice being able to go to the outdoor dog run without having to leave the building. The staff is extremely friendly, from maintenance to leasing agents.

I wish I could find just one positive thing to comment on but it can’t. My only advice if you’re planning to view this building is DO NOT! We would be here all day if I wrote an exhaustive and detailed list of all the issues we’ve had since moving in. The worst of the issues has got to be the noise, which is constant and so intrusive we actually dread coming home and having to live with it. Even the police have had to attend twice to deal with the noise from others in the building. There is no front desk or security to help, and on the latest occasion the noise has been unbearable while someone was in the leasing office, but they refused to do anything about it - thankfully the maintenance man was around and did at least witness it. The second biggest issue has got to be the numerous faults within the apartment itself. The ac/heat has broken down, the washer dryer more than once, the fridge/freezer (leaving us with food to throw away), multiple doors have fallen off…again I could go on. It’s also not just the apartment, the elevators on this side of the building are regularly either broken or out of use, faulty gym equipment often…maybe one more for good measure - parking is very expensive and on one occasion we came back to find building cleaning equipment in a space so we could even use our excessively expensive parking and had to go elsewhere, because it was out of office hours. The only time issues even remotely get resolved is if you manage to speak with the building manager or the maintenance man. If you get any other office staff you can forget it, you’ll wait days for a response, and when/if you get one it won’t be worth waiting for. I could go on and on about every tiny little issue like the extortionate utilities billing process, or the the move in and application process, which were comically bad, but hopefully you get the picture by now. I wouldn’t wish living here on my worst enemy. Well maybe worst enemy, it would be a pretty good punishment.

The maintenance and office staff are amazing! They make it feel like home and take care of the building like it's their home too! Especially Adam he is a total gem!

The dog barking is a problem I don't see around the building as a whole. Just unlucky for me. I would recommend the modern side more as they have bathroom storage. It is really hard living in an apartment with zero place to put things.

Location is perfect and easy to walk everywhere. Office staff is outstanding!

The best thing that this building has to offer is the kind and caring office personnel. The amenities are mostly wonderful (aside from the pool view, which I know is not the building's fault), but the lack of safety and the business strategy for maintaining good tenants is poor.

I would certainly recommend this apartment community. I was so comfortable working through the process of touring and the application. I feel like Adam really took the time with me to show me the apartment and the community. He answered all my questions and was so knowledgeable. I would feel excited for anyone moving into this community. The choice between modernity and history offers something for everybody. It's incredible that one could live in a historic building and still have all the amenities one could want. I'd be comfortable having my friends and family over. I think the most striking thing was that the tour wasn't a cheesy sales pitch. I could trust Adam and it felt like he was interested in me choosing the best apartment community for me.

So far, our experience has been great. Staff is always friendly, amenities are great and just makes for an overall great living experience.

The building is beautiful, and the staff is friendly. The lack of sunlight by the pool really makes it unusable. That level had such a beautiful view of the city, which was lost as well. I would also recommend cleaning the dog run more frequently. I felt at times it was unsafe for my dog.

I love everything about the building. The people are very friendly, they have wonderful amenities and the apartment really feels like home. However, the prices based on current trends are a little high. Especially for studio living that no longer has a view.

My requests were responded to quickly and handled very well. I have always appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of Jose and Heberth. They are always a pleasure to interact with and are so responsive and helpful.

I love the building and amenities here, but I would recommend that people avoid the apartments facing the McDermott Center due to the noise, constant stream of people coming and going, and incredibly frequent ambulance sirens.

Utility package is a little confusing (and when is it due? Would be awesome if could pay it at the same time as rent). Rent is a bit much, but I suppose that's not up to the management office and is based on market prices/the neighborhood. Still, some kind of move-in incentive (e.g., first month off) would be greatly appreciated!

Very beautiful place, but quite expensive. Only worth it if you are going to make regular use of the common area facilities.
