As always, repairs take weeks to complete if you're lucky. They're still inefficient, but that's normal. Now, you can also see dry leaves everywhere, and cleaning is rarely done.
Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and the office is very helpful. It seems like the new app is glitchy, but the apartments are nice.

The community is very friendly and beautiful! I love the big trees and courtyard area, as well as the pool. The fitness centre has a good selection of equipment and the staff is very friendly and cares about your comfortability while you live here.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained place to call home. The grounds are beautifully kept, with clean landscaping and common areas that show how much care goes into maintaining the property. I also appreciate the thoughtful amenities—whether it's the fitness center, pool, community room, or outdoor spaces, there's always a way to relax or connect with neighbors. The parking is convenient, and I’ve never had issues with someone parked in my reserved location. Another huge plus is how quiet and peaceful the environment is. Even though the complex is close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, it still feels like a retreat from the noise and busyness of daily life. The location couldn’t be better. The office is always helpful and maintenance is quick. I preferred the old app for over paying rent and making service requests. The new one is less intuitive. The neighbors are nice and the complex is very dog friendly.

The appartment is SO nice, neighbors seem great, and staff is amazing. I mean, I wouldn't be here if they weren't! Plus, the location is near a lot of premium shopping areas, so I don't have to travel far to go get gorcieries! So basically 10/10. Easy.

Circ manager is impossible to work with. Foolish mistake after mistake and knowingly poor choice after choice, shes created massive and ever-growing legal/financial problems for me to manage as part of a recently-former tenants council. In this time, ive only experienced manager operate with willing irresponsibility and calculated/deceitful unaccountability to guise her impotent leadership and dodge the effort of true resolution in situations she has continued to worsen in time. Im still dumbfounded by the ludicrous lies she continuously tells, even online in front of her immediate boss (with the power to fact check her farfetched claims). Ie. you were never a tenant here; xyz meeting/occurence never happened etc. reiterated to the former 1yr-lease-holding/paying tenant with their own detailed meeting/occurrence receipts and witnesses. These receipts including those related to managers current and desperate manipulative coercion of a meeting witness (who conveniently has personal ties with/stake in her). This manipulation (and attempted intimidation) exercised in favor of discrediting the tenant and silencing me as a member of his representation. The relentless effort she puts to veil her blatant inadequacy/negligence is really unlike anything ive experienced before. Manager has ultimately proven herself to be an incompetent, unethical, integrity-lacking professional. Rather than a true executive working in the interest of those shes responsible to. I wont be at all surprised by the premeditated and outright deceptive fabrications told/strategically selected recounts included and NOT included in her address to my experience. Ive learned to expect the absolute least and utmost absurd from her as a career woman, as should you. I now understand mangers former/current clients and colleagues perspectives regarding how she handles business. I now understand how shes finagled and connived her current decade-plus tenure. Please, allow my experience to guide you wisely in your decisions at Circ.

The rent here is a bit on the high side and they don't include your electricity in the rent, but they will include common area electricity, the place where most people don't even hang out

My girlfriend my sister and I and my 2 dogs live in a 2 bedroom here. And the apartment is so spacious and beautiful. I’m still getting use to it. Really nice location and quiet spot. The front of staff were amazing and very kind. Thank you to them!

Only been a couple of days since we moved and we love it. It’s nice quiet the staff was very helpful moving in and the other residents have been nice as well. My dogs love it too.

I enjoy living here at Circ Apartments. Leasing office staff are amazing. They are truly hard worker and always goes beyond just to help a resident. Maintenance are also great and very helpful. They are always prompt on the few maintenance issues I have.

So far, I have enjoyed living in this community! Maintenance can be frustrating as sometimes they just put “bandaids” on things as fixes instead of spending the time to fix it right the first time. I have had them return multiple times for the same problem. Only downside of this community is it feels like there broken pipes all the time and they take ALL day to fix so be prepared to have extra water on hand. Otherwise I really enjoy this place!

I have had a great experience here. Everyone is really nice and the apartment is always kept up. Nice place to live. It is a very quiet place no issues what so ever here. People are friends. Staff is really nice.
