It’s been very pleasant and really nice living here. Everything is convenient for me as far as groceries and shopping. The people are very nice here and it’s quiet.

I've had a great experience living at this apartment complex and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-maintained place to call home. The grounds are beautifully kept, with clean landscaping and common areas that show how much care goes into maintaining the property. I also appreciate the thoughtful amenities—whether it's the fitness center, pool, community room, or outdoor spaces, there's always a way to relax or connect with neighbors. The parking is convenient, and I’ve never had issues with someone parked in my reserved location. Another huge plus is how quiet and peaceful the environment is. Even though the complex is close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, it still feels like a retreat from the noise and busyness of daily life. The location couldn’t be better. Overall, this apartment complex strikes a great balance between comfort, community, and convenience. I’m happy living here and feel like it’s a place I can truly call home.

So far the atmosphere is really nice, seems very peaceful and everyone seems very friendly. The surroundings to the apartment seem very clean and well taken care of.

The office is always helpful and maintenance is quick. I preferred the old app for over paying rent and making service requests. The new one is less intuitive. The neighbors are nice and the complex is very dog friendly.

Our favorite apartment yet. Great community, never any problems and the location is perfect. Maintenance and office staff is very nice, maintenance gets things done asap! Would highly recommend living here.

Cute apartments, washer and dryer in unit, pet friendly, small dog park. Water pressure is great. Limited uncovered parking for visitors. I've had a good experience so far.

Is good, I like all the futures that this apartments have. The pool, the games side. Is peaceful and we have never problems with neighbors. I like living here

The appartment is SO nice, neighbors seem great, and staff is amazing. I mean, I wouldn't be here if they weren't! Plus, the location is near a lot of premium shopping areas, so I don't have to travel far to go get gorcieries! So basically 10/10. Easy.

Two years later and I still have no complaints about the property. I love the area and the fact I’m minutes away from all the stores I shop at is an even bigger bonus. I would recommend 10/10.

So far so good I love the staff here and I love the community. It’s a very beautiful community with kind staff. I think this was an excellent choice. Perfect for me.

About to renew our lease here again! We’ve enjoyed staying here so far, and we always appreciate how hard the staff works to maintain the apartments!

Circ manager is impossible to work with. Foolish mistake after mistake and knowingly poor choice after choice, shes created massive and ever-growing legal/financial problems for me to manage as part of a recently-former tenants council. In this time, ive only experienced manager operate with willing irresponsibility and calculated/deceitful unaccountability to guise her impotent leadership and dodge the effort of true resolution in situations she has continued to worsen in time. Im still dumbfounded by the ludicrous lies she continuously tells, even online in front of her immediate boss (with the power to fact check her farfetched claims). Ie. you were never a tenant here; xyz meeting/occurence never happened etc. reiterated to the former 1yr-lease-holding/paying tenant with their own detailed meeting/occurrence receipts and witnesses. These receipts including those related to managers current and desperate manipulative coercion of a meeting witness (who conveniently has personal ties with/stake in her). This manipulation (and attempted intimidation) exercised in favor of discrediting the tenant and silencing me as a member of his representation. The relentless effort she puts to veil her blatant inadequacy/negligence is really unlike anything ive experienced before. Manager has ultimately proven herself to be an incompetent, unethical, integrity-lacking professional. Rather than a true executive working in the interest of those shes responsible to. I wont be at all surprised by the premeditated and outright deceptive fabrications told/strategically selected recounts included and NOT included in her address to my experience. Ive learned to expect the absolute least and utmost absurd from her as a career woman, as should you. I now understand mangers former/current clients and colleagues perspectives regarding how she handles business. I now understand how shes finagled and connived her current decade-plus tenure. Please, allow my experience to guide you wisely in your decisions at Circ.

Feels like home. I’ve been here 1 1/2 years and it feels like my home.i look forward to coming home everyday. My dog does well here and the dog park is great. We visit there every morning and evening. Thank you !

Been living here for 5 years. It’s a quiet area hardly I’ve had hardly any issues here, nice community. Close to the places I need to go to. Staff is great.

It's a beautiful property, mostly quiet. The pool areas are also nice. I like the convenience of the delivery lockers, very modern. The office staff is great!

Grounds are clean, gym is amazing and staff is professional and courteous! I am so glad I chose Circ Tucson as my first apartment. Very pleased so far

Dog friendly community. Padraig and Renesmee, my service animals, love the friends that have made here. They love going for walks up to Starbucks around the community.

The rent here is a bit on the high side and they don't include your electricity in the rent, but they will include common area electricity, the place where most people don't even hang out

So far I like it. The events are nice and I love seeing all the dogs. I also love the hammocks and palm trees. I feel like I'm in California.

It’s been a great living experience here so far. The ladies in the office are really helpful and nice and the complex is quiet and beautiful.

My girlfriend my sister and I and my 2 dogs live in a 2 bedroom here. And the apartment is so spacious and beautiful. I’m still getting use to it. Really nice location and quiet spot. The front of staff were amazing and very kind. Thank you to them!

Circ has made the move in process very easy, the apartment and community are great and welcoming. Happy I made the leap of faith.

Only been a couple of days since we moved and we love it. It’s nice quiet the staff was very helpful moving in and the other residents have been nice as well. My dogs love it too.

I enjoy living here at Circ Apartments. Leasing office staff are amazing. They are truly hard worker and always goes beyond just to help a resident. Maintenance are also great and very helpful. They are always prompt on the few maintenance issues I have.

So far, I have enjoyed living in this community! Maintenance can be frustrating as sometimes they just put “bandaids” on things as fixes instead of spending the time to fix it right the first time. I have had them return multiple times for the same problem. Only downside of this community is it feels like there broken pipes all the time and they take ALL day to fix so be prepared to have extra water on hand. Otherwise I really enjoy this place!

I have had a great experience here. Everyone is really nice and the apartment is always kept up. Nice place to live. It is a very quiet place no issues what so ever here. People are friends. Staff is really nice.

The Circ team made it so easy to move across country. Everything was ready to go once I got here. The apartment is close to the highway but quiet and serene. The space is cozy but spacious and staff is excellent.

Circ Tucson is an apartment complex that has decent amenities, average location, and average prices. They are one of the apartment complexes that uses the software to price gouge out competitors. They claim that their prices are competitive with all the apartments around them which all use the same software.

Circ Tucson, especially Angela, took care of me when I was moving across the country. They made sure I knew exactly what I was signing, showed me the apartment in depth and went out of their way to assist in ANY way possible. I am SO grateful for Cir Tucson!

These apartments are so beautiful! The grounds are well taken care of and all amenities are clean and ready for use. Everyone who lives and works here is great. The front desk workers are amazing and so very kind!

I really like it so far, this is the first apartment i’ve moved into and it’s nice. I really love the view from my porch where i can see the city lights since i’m on the second floor.

It's been more than two months and they still haven't repaired the ceiling on the inside of my room. There's always an excuse to justify their lack of professionalism. It's always the same. It takes weeks and even months to make repairs.

CIRC was my only choice when I came to visit in June, 2023. I was greeted with a smile, I toured the 2/2 units & was impressed by the room they had, the balcony/patios & spacious area. Three important things to me was a great size dog park, in-unit washer & dryer & the safe location. The staff, management & maintenance are all extremely attentive. The location of CIRC is near a lot of plaza’s, restaurants! I highly recommend CIRC to anyone looking for a great place to live!

Love it here!! Great apartments! It’s super calm here and the service is great. I have never struggled with anything and when I do, I get help immediately.
