Cottonwood Heights is a small residential neighborhood about 13 miles north of the heart of Albuquerque. The area features residential areas paired with a couple of restaurants as well as the Lovelace Westside Hospital. Right outside of the neighborhood, residents have access to sprawling golf courses and large green spaces. Residents can also travel east of town to find premier shopping destinations like the Cottonwood Mall as well as other large shopping plazas between the Coors Bypass and Alameda Boulevard. Renters will find that many residences in the neighborhood are permanent, but there are a few mid-rise apartments to choose from.

The staff has been very helpful. I’ve enjoyed the location the quietness the dog area is the pool and the gym. I’m just starting off here, but everything has gone smooth to this point and feel comfortable in this move especially leaving my family and my wife in the separation it’s been used since being alone so trusting a place is tough so right now this is really a good place to start my new future

Living at Circ has been a good experience overall. The apartments are well-maintained, and the location is convenient, making it easy to get to classes and around town. The staff is generally helpful, and maintenance requests are taken care of in a timely manner. I’ve enjoyed the amenities available, especially the gym and lounge areas, which are great for relaxing or studying. However, one thing I wish was better is the pool area. It’s a nice spot when it’s open, but the limited hours make it hard to enjoy, especially during the warmer months. It would also be great if there were a hot tub—this addition would really enhance the overall experience and provide a nice way to unwind. Despite that, I’ve had a positive time living here and would still recommend Circ to other students looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live near campus.

Circ is nothing special. They are a corporate-owned apartment complex just like all the others. They have to abide by Greystar's policies and management rules, so you can expect to be treated with the same corporate politeness and bureaucratic excuses as any other corporate-owned apartment complex. You will likely get a clean, functional apartment, but anything beyond that requires effort on your part to deal with their managers.

Apartments feel clean quiet and safe. Some noisy neighbors but other than that amenities offered along with staff are wonderful! Apartments are in a central area with access to lots of food and stores

Just renewed my lease for another year. This is a great place to live, quiet, well maintained. I was dreading lease renewal time, thinking they would jack it way up- nope! Slight rent increase, very reasonable. We've been very happy and content here!

Normally I don’t give 5 stars, but I really have nothing to complain about. Is there noise sometimes? Yes, that’s what comes with apartment-living, so it never bothers me. The staff has always been kind and helpful, the amenities are awesome, it’s pet-friendly, and in a great location. It’s probably the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in.

Great location, just down the street from delicious restaurants and the mall. The club house is clean and fun. The pool is great during the summer. The community is in all decent and respects one another.

Great location, very quiet, friendly neighbors, plenty of parking. The buildings are well kept as well as the area that surrounds, we enjoy the local food and grocery store right across the street.

Circ is a safe, well maintained environment. The staff does an excellent job of communicating concerns, events and local updates. I feel heard, seen and respected as a resident and so far life at Circ has been comfortable.

My experience as a resident has been absolutely amazing the apartments are very nice and spacious and it's very quiet and peaceful the neighbors are friendly and it's located in a good area with lots of amenities near by. The staff is friendly and the office manager is awesome it's truly one of the best apartments I have ever lived in and am proud to call the Circ apartments my home.

The team at Circ has been very accommodating to the needs of my family and I. With that being said we have been dealing with a pest problem that has been documented and reported numerous times and all that has been done to mitigate that problem was not the same information that was told to us. All services and equipment in regard to the apartments facilities has been well maintained and useful for our daily activities. Overall I feel as there could be better implementation in terms of quality of life amongst the community.

Lovely apartments. It's mostly quiet. I'm older, so I live low key anymore. I can see that this apartment complex is geared more toward active lifestyles. Wonderful place to live if you enjoy swimming, exercise equipment, and community activities. The office staff is incredible, and the maintenance crew is truly knowledgeable and professional. There's a lot to like about living here. You won't be disappointed.

Overall, I’ve had a good experience, living here at the Circ Apartments. Maintenance, neighborhood, and apartments are great. One downplay is that there are sometimes random a charges to your account, but staff is quick to fix.

Just moved over her this month and having a great experience at the circ ! My onboarding was seamless, since I was arriving post leasing office hours, they actually kept my unit ready for me when I arrived , accelerating all the paperwork required without being picky about it. They also encouraged me to complete the move in - inspectiong and highlight issues , which they fixed within 5 business days ! The apartments themselves are very clean and private , the location is perfect for me since my work in nearby and all the major shopping needs are met !

First of all are move-in went very well. The ladies at the front office are very nice. The apartment we moved into was remodeled and it was done very well. The maintenance crew do come in a timely manner and get done what needs to be done inside the apartment. I do tell my friends and family if they are looking for a place they need to come look over here first.

I have not met any new neighbors yet but i do like the apt and the grounds as well. It does not have that apt feel. I love that there are sooooo many pets, specifically dogs at the complex.

Circ apartments are a very nice place to live in. I love how involved the staff are with the community. I love the floorplan we picked it’s so beautiful! Lots of good places to eat nearby and lots of stores for shopping as well as cottonwood mall. I’ve loved it over here so far and can’t wait to get to know the community more. ????

I have only been at Circ for a couple weeks but it has been great so far!!! The Adrienne at the office was one of the best leasing agents I’ve ever had!!! She was a delight to work with!!! The Valet trash is so easy and convenient and I love taking my pups to the arroyo to run and play!!! So happy here so far!!!
