Enjoyed living at Cierra Crest for 3 years. Unit was great. Never had major issues. Matientance is talented but can take a day or two. More security on premises would be nice, and annual rent raises are a little lame, but otherwise no complaints.

Great location to all of DTC offerings. Great staff and very helpful in getting any request done in an extremely fast amount of time. Only real issues are fixing the potholes before winter sets in and please new locks on the mailroom! Putting up an expensive gate with no locks.....

The parking lot desperately needs to be repaved and the 30 year old ACs will run your power bill up to 300-400$ during the summer near regardless of how high you set it.

It's mostly good but we've had some issue recently. Rent is going up, the community electric bill is absurdly high if everyone is paying $30 a month, and communication between staff isn't the best. We came across staff trying to open our garage that we pay for because someone said to check if it was vacant.

Expensive for what you get, nothing great. Have to pay for parking, lots of noise, car break ins very common. No cameras in the parking lot. It’s a place to live but not much more than that. Packages always get lost/stolen.

Been great so far. Only had a few problems with interiors and pricing but it has been a good move in and the staff is awesome. Great for a first renters, they made it an easy experience and helped with anything I need or when I had troubles!
So far so good. Love my floor plan. Community is nice as well. Hot always seems broken. I wish packages did not end up at the post office and were put in lockers or at my door. And would be nice if there where spots to charge my car.
Smooth move in. Staff was friendly, apartment is nice. Air filters need to be replaced thought. Overall community is good, amenities are clean, and apartment is worth the price
Coming from a place that was very loud, this place is quiet and I work from home and I don’t hear anything. Nice complex, nicely landscaped. Maintenance guys are very nice and were able to get the many tickets we made done in one day.
It is a family place and great to live. I hope the security company would be more present. The maintenance app works great but I will prefer scheduling an appointment or specific day
The maintenance service is poor. It takes a long time to process any service request. There is no camera service, otherwise it is good. the pool is fine.
I’ve lived here for about a year. The maintenance and office team work really hard to help residents and do their best. I get that it can be a lot with such a big community but I think they do an amazing job

Maintenance never fixes anything and marks jobs complete, it took a month and a half to add me to our lease, the grounds are dirty, the neighbors smoke and the leasing team doesn’t follow through.

When I moved into the apartment it was not ready for living there was no hot water or heating I had to freeze here and I almost got sick In the apartment in the kitchen there is no hot water after two installations of the tap, so they have not fixed my hot water already the second week has begun. Either they do not know how to do it or I need to call the specialists myself apparently and bring you a check for payment, I think it is my mistake to live here

Ove been living here for a year now and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartments are clean, well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and professional. The neighborhood feels safe and peaceful, and I really enjoy the amenities, the gym, pool, or green areas]. Maintenance requests are usually handled quickly, and parking has never been a problem. If you’re looking for a comfortable and quiet place to live, I definitely recommend these apartments!

The people and areas around are so nice. My dog loves walking around compared to our last place. Common area is also great. I wish they would let us know in advance when they turn off our buildings water/ electricity.

Almost everything is great. But the lack of parcel lockers here continues to plague residents. USPS does not deliver packages so we have to go to the post office and wait in a 10 person line with one person working the desk.

For the most part, I'm enjoying my experience here. In my opinion, all apartments can use some improvement (none have been perfect) hence the 4 stars instead of 5. We do have a foundational leak issue in our unit but have been told there's nothing they can do until we move out. Other than that, I feel safe and it's very quiet. I love the walkability of the area as well.

it’s a pretty nice place to live! the buildings are little bit older so you hear your neighbors entering and exiting their apartment, but the pool is great in the summer time and the staff and maintenance team are always very friendly. I wish the gym was open more than just 9-5

For the most part it’s fine to live here. Been waiting on Fobs for the gym so it can be used not just durning inconvenient office hours only. It’s been two years since we were told we’d get fobs.

Has changed over the years I have lived here. Spacious, clean, has a pool/fitness, but can take a while to fix things in your apartment. The pool is not always cleaned properly in the summertime, but is still nice.

Great community to live in. The staff is extremely responsive and helpful in whatever way they can be. We had issues with a water heater and it was replaced in a couple of days.

I've lived at Cierra Crest for 2 years and haven't had many issues at all. I love the location in the heart of DTC, dog friendly neighborhood, no noise issues at all, never trouble finding parking, and a really nice pool/Hot tub. My only complaints are that the hot tub bubbles don't work usually, and it isn't open year round as I was told when I moved in. Paying extra for a parking pass and amenities is a bummer. Additionally maintenance requests are hit or miss. But luckily I haven't needed much maintenance. Overall a great place to live.

I have loved living here at Cierra Crest. Everyone has been so friendly and if we ever have an issue it is taken care of in a timely manner! Security has been great and I appreciate that they are present for their job.

I waited over a month for a working replacement washer that was sanitized. I had to get upper management involved to get it finally taken care of after many service requests to get a cleaned as no follow up was taken after they were notified they left a dirty unsanitary replacement washer in my apartment so I was unable to do laundry for a month.

Overall I can’t complain about my leasing office! They are friendly. Reassuring when stress arise that it’s fixable. Very personal with residents as they genuinely learn you individually on what works for you and your communication with them. My experience overall hasn’t been the worst and has been the best in the unit however the dedication to correcting any and everything requested is punctual.

Biggest issues revolve around pool/hot tub maintenance and cleaning and closures during my first summer last year, and lack of communication every time. Many unsupervised teen and children parties leaving the pool a mess was a pain and seemed to cause closures. Electrical systems are outdated and out of mandated requirements by the state, and my 1 bedroom has had summer electric bills over $300. Lowest bill was $100, but average is $200. I couldn’t imagine a two bedroom here. I would love text communication for maintenance and payments. We would love a guest parking area. Only guest parking is main road along Monaco. Otherwise, very well kept apartments, CLEAN roads and gardening for the most part. They are responsive and friendly. Good appliances. Nice patios. Lots of dumpsters and picked up timely. Mail is secure. Buildings and apts numbered obviously. Nice office. Pool and hot tub are great when open and cleaned.

The experience has been great so far. However ice accumulates at the back door of the building and has made for some painful falls and has been quite a bit frustrating. other than that, i’ve been enjoying the space.
