My husband and I absolutely love the amazing staff at Cielo. Amanda and Maria are fantastic managers—always friendly, communicative, and thoughtful, especially with the fun community events they organize. Yolanda does a phenomenal job keeping the building spotless, and Neptali is incredibly reliable with maintenance and upkeep. Their hard work truly makes this place feel like home!

For the past 7 months, the maintenance have been cutting corners on repairs (which the Cielo community manager Amanda admitted to me) therefore just doing temporary fixes that lead to bigger problems. This caused my recent electric bill to be $552.14 due to my hvac system operating improperly. Amanda also said there are several other tenants experiencing this same issue. Management here is unfit to solve problems and instead creates new ones. They have no empathy or desire to come to fair resolutions. I do not recommend living here.

The experience moving and settling into Cielo has been a breeze and above expectation. My Fiance and I are in love with the space, building location, and access to so many great amenities. Management is extremely friendly and easy to work with as well as security. We’re loving this new chapter in Little Italy and it’s hugely in part of loving where we live in Cielo.

Have live in Cielo for about a month and I truly can’t complain! The staff is friendly, the community is very well maintained, and the rooftop has probably one of the best views of the water in all of San Diego. My apartment was very clean and the layout makes it feel very spacious.

I have been a resident of Cielo for three months and it has been an overall great living experience. The units are spacious with great light from large floor to ceiling windows. The rooftop area is comfortable and provides a great place for daytime sun and sunset views of the Harbor. The walkability to restaurants and nightlife is perfect and having Waterfront Park across the street is clutch for my dog. I do live near the train but it is not bothersome at all. The staff is excellent and answers any questions I have along with maintenance needs in a timely manner. The gym has the essentials for working out (lifting or cardio) with many free weights, expectant smith machine, and a few cardio machines including spin bikes. The little Italy farmers market is only two blocks away and provides a great way to buy local fresh produce and products. Cielo is a great place to call home and highly recommended for anyone interested in living in Little Italy.
