The apartment is fine, nothing special to it, old appliances. However, management couldn't care less about residents. The building hasn't had hot water in 5 days...... all management has done is "thank us for our patience". They won't reply to any communications from residents about the situation either. If you're looking in the area, either right across from Cielo is Camden, or right behind it you have Cierra Crest. I'd recommend either of these communities before coming to Cielo.

I’ve lived at Cielo for about a month now and it’s been great. My apartment is super nice and spacious. The appliances and cabinets are new. Zero issues with heating or cooling. I never hear neighbor noise through the walls. The parking garage is convenient and the rent is reasonable. DTC is a nice area to live in too. I’m someone who takes online reviews very seriously in considering a new place. So I hope this helps someone when picking where they want to live.

I lived at Cielo now for a couple years. The location is great! You're walking distance to everything. If you don't feel like driving downtown or taking an Uber. The Light Rail is only 2 blocks away. I've really never had any issues in my apartment. When I have, the office manager Kira has made that whatever it is gets handled right away. She is such a joy to work with. I would definitely recommend Cielo to a friend!

Car theft is a MAJOR CURRENT problem here. There are homeless camped outside on beds, couches, and trailers who have a free load into the building, literally they live AT and IN Cielo. The building is not secure. The garage has been broken for years, now they have left it open. Instead of fixing the problem, Cielo has propped open the garage permanently. There are also other ways in the building for them that are easy accessible. If you call Signal 88 they will often refuse to come out because Cielo downgraded to only have them during certain hours. When you try to post about the car break ins or descriptions of the people, Cielo deletes the posts. Residents have been attacked or chased by these homeless people. The building also has a severe mold problem. I would not live here!

Cielo apartments are updated and in a nice location with nearby bars and restaurants. You have easy access to the highway and light rail if you wish to venture out of DTC. The management and maintenance team is kind, responsive, and supportive. I’ve enjoyed working with them from inquiry to move in.

The Cielo team makes living here the best. The facilities - exercise, pool, and club room - are all top-notch. Our apartment is comfortable and well-cared for. If we have an issue the staff responds ASAP. A staff person even checked on my cat while I was on vacation (at my request). Love Cielo.

Cielo is an aging property that has lost its value in the neighborhood. Management is just OK. Maintenance staff are amazing. Property is low value due to deterioration over time, lack of upgrade and higher than expected security concerns. Properties nearby offer much more value for your dollar. Consider going elsewhere.

Great when we first moved in.... unfortunately, this place is turning into a party zone (music blaring until 11 pm on a weekdays).
Great apartment for its location and the apartments themselves but amenities are slightly sub par. Getting a little too expensive to stay (for my budget) but I have enjoyed living here for the past two years.
We've lived here for 7 years now, we love the location and layout of the complex, rent is reasonable for the Denver market, management has always been helpful and responsive. We are older folks than most here, but we remember what it's like to be young and have no problems with our fellow tenants. We respect their lifestyles and they are all very nice to us. For us, it's been a great place to live.

Cielo is at a great location and they really worked with us to find a good apartment that fit our needs. Im very happy with the move in experience so far.
Great apartment to rent.
Lots of issues with timely maintenance on amenities. The hot tub may look like it works, but its cold. The BBQ may look like it works, but the gas doesn't.
The apartments are really nice and updated. I also like the covered parking garage and that I don't have to pay extra or apply for an assigned spot. It's in a nice area too with pretty views.

Love the property! Chris in the office is always so nice and this is the first place I’ve lived where they know your name and always make it a point to say hi when they see you out and about on the property. It makes me feel like a valued tenant and I appreciate them so much. Any question or issue I have they promptly address and Janelle is super sweet and pleasant to work with. Maintenance requests are always handled immediately and have never been more than burnt out light bulbs because this property is so well-maintained. Only con to living here is the speed bumps in the garage. It seems no matter at what angle or how slowly I go over them, I somehow always scrap the underside of my car and that sucks but it’s a small price to pay to live in such a nice community. It’s not loud, most of the tenants are generally very respectful, and the apartments themselves are really nice. If I wasn’t moving back to Texas, I’d definitely resign a lease here. Will update again once I see what the move-out process is like but so far, this has been a great experience.
Terrible experience!! I don't recommend renting with them.terrible experience lack of security bad washer/dryers .. flooded my apartment. False charges after you leave the apartment and they intend to cause harm in all ways possible. I refused their intimidation, went to collections for 165 dollars and we are going to small court for that. i will never pay unless they provide any proof. Not just after i learned they charged me false charges because they dont know where i come from , so they had to paint my apartment after i left and decided to make me pay for it. Until now i have asked them to provide any proof for the paint damage or even indicate which room was damaged , nothing from their side. they sent me an invoice for changing the wall paint to eggshell!!! and they want to make me pay for that!!!???!!! Of course in walk through , they advised me that the apartment was in good condition and there was no comment. There are other way better options in the same area .

The staff are super unhelpful and unresponsive -they are never in the office, never answer their phone or emails. The amenities are all usually broken, dirty, or both (for example, the dog yard ALWAYS is full of dog poop that's never cleaned up). The washer/dryer are super old, get lint everywhere, and rip up your clothes. The entire last year I lived there the garage door didn't work. I've had packages stolen from my front door multiple times and the office doesn't care. On one occasion, my dishwasher was broken, and the front office did nothing to fix it until I drove to the Greystar Colorado headquarters and had their corporate office get involved. If you're looking in this area, I'd recommend Camden or Cierra Crest; Cielo is a super frustrating place to live.

I lived here for a year. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: ______ *Belleview train station is a quick walk away. *Some convenient food places within walking distance. *The Landmark shopping area is very close. *Moving out was easy. *Staff is friendly but... Cons: ______ *Staff can be unresponsive or not follow through. (Cameron was the most reliable one in the office. Alicia had nice things to say, but only 1/2 the time did she follow through.) *Like many newer buildings, as in built in the last 10 years, insulation isn't great. (If you don't care about hearing noise between walls, floors, outside your door, and outside your windows, then you'll be fine. But good luck if you live under a heavy footed neighbor.) *The garage was broken 1/2 the time that I lived there. Someone's motorcycle got stolen. *People coming home late at night could be really noisy outside the window. *They have a huge activities fund, yet rarely had activities. *Tenants are not very friendly. (The nicest person whom I had met was moving out the next week!)

I love my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. With huge walk in closets, granite counter tops, wood plank floors, fireplace, storage room, patio and spacious rooms it has everything I need. The only issue I have is management can be unresponsive. There was a minor incident when they assigned someone else my parking spot without knowing but besides that everything else is good.
lots of management changes, 7 in 4 years, struggles to fix and repair CAM issues. Not quite sure they have it together, yet.
I just recently moved to cielo apartments in Denver colorado. So far, everything has been smooth sailing, as expected. The biggest difference I noticed between cielo and the numerous other apartment complexes I visited is the outstanding office staff. Every staff member I've interacted with so far (from first visit to today) has been extremely kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Definitely recommend cielo to all!
