Western Hills/ Ridglea is a populated area about 10 miles west of Downtown Fort Worth. This suburban neighborhood is popular for commuters as it’s bounded to the west by Interstate 820 and to the north by I-30. Hello, we strive for 100% satisfaction, and it is great to see you had such a positive experience at Chisholm Trail Townhomes.
Came from another city (Waco) to help assist my young son move in and my purse was stolen from his truck/no cameras no security outside gates have been bent to allow outside strangers get through, constant sewage draining down the parking lot slimy creating a potential accident and at my age a fall is a tragedy -not a great first impression and saddens me my child resides in this area

Don't even bother! Kirstin (office manager) is very unprofessional. Maintenance is lazy and comes up with horrible patch work jobs because they don't know what they're really doing. Shower leaks into closet and onto bathroom floor, electrical outlets don't work, backyard gate is terrible and manager purposely did not put our gate to be newly fixed, the list goes on and on! Don't even waste your time you will be disappointed!

If I were to recommend these apts it would only be for the safety aspect & the somewhat affordability, management sucks to be truthful, they do not care & will lie directly to your face, neighbors are noisy all night long & kids leave whole trash bags, full, everywhere. Maintence workers are pretty considerate and polite. That is all, the review below was clearly created solely for the benefit of the complex, as it sounds a computer prompted it, do not believe everything you read.

Hi, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We regret that you had a negative experience, and will use this as an opportunity to improve.
My wife and I lived at this property for two years. Our neighbors were noisy at all hours of the night, the town home had a roach infestation that was never corrected. Our kitchen flooded on no less than 3 separate occasions due to our neighbors. Maintenance issues we requested even upon move in were left outstanding. Upon move out, after several months we received a call from a debt collector saying we owed the property money for "cleaning services" after we had left. When I contacted the property I was informed that our deposit, plus pet deposit (which had totalled over $700) did not cover this. Despite having been in contact with the property manager multiple times since we had left via phone and email, we never received any indication an amount was owed. When I asked why any information we had left with the receptionist that had been in charge when we moved out, I was informed she "no longer worked there".

Chisholm Trail Townhomes is a great gated community to live in. It's quite, well kept, family oriented community. The management is great. Adrienne, the manager, has been awesome. Our utility bills have been much lower here. Everyone seems to respect each other and their property here. There's no loud music. There is a bus stop just outside the front gate. I would definitely recommend Chisholm Trails. It's located close to shopping, restaurants, and the interstate.
