Come live in luxury at Chisholm Lake Apartments. We offer top of the line amenities such as sports courts, a gorgeous salt water pool with cool deck, cabana, a pet washing station, 24 hour fitness center, and lovely picnic areas throughout. Our community is access controlled, non-smoking and provides easy access to K-96 and I-135 for quick travel. It’s time for you to come home to the best community Wichita KS has to offer. Starting rates for our floor plans beginning April 1, 2026: 1B: $1025, 2B: $1250, 3B: $1410 For initial lease terms we only offer 6 or 12 month leases. The 6 month leases have a $50/month premium. We do not accept Section 8. You must make 4x the monthly rent in gross monthly income. Our apartments do not come furnished. You can reach out to Furniture Options to get furniture rentals if needed. Fees: Application fee: $40 per adult Security deposit: $500 (half due at time of application, other half due at time of move in) Pets: No breed or weight restrictions 2 pet maximum Pet fees (per pet): No pet rent $200 non refundable fee $200 refundable fee $50 registration fee for dogs We pay for the sewer and trash and you pay for electric, water, and internet. All of our units come with washer and dryer hook-ups. You can rent a washer and dryer set from us for $75 a month if you need to or you can bring your own. We also have carports that you can rent for $50 a month (subject to availability) We do have the ability to accept applications (we do not send out applications until we have an available unit), make payments and even sign leasing paperwork online.
