The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Chesterfield Village
Wonderful place to live with children. Great place for the price.
Okay, here’s a review you can use: After residing at this apartment for five years, I’ve developed a balanced perspective on its merits and drawbacks. The apartment itself has served its purpose, providing adequate living space and basic amenities. One of the most significant advantages of this location is its convenient access to major highways, which has greatly simplified my daily commute and travel throughout the region. This ease of access is a considerable benefit for anyone who values quick and efficient transportation links. However, one area that has consistently presented challenges is the sense of community within the building. Interactions with some neighbors have occasionally been less than cordial, which has, at times, detracted from the overall living experience. While this may not be a universal experience, it’s worth noting for prospective tenants who place a high value on neighborly relations. In summary, this apartment offers a practical living solution with a notable advantage in terms of its location and highway accessibility. Potential renters should weigh this benefit against the potential for less-than-ideal neighborly interactions to determine if this apartment suits their needs and lifestyle preferences.
A great place to live! I love the location and I feel safe secure and comfortable. As a senior, I am pleased the rent is affordable and the amenities are super. The grounds are well kept, the maintenance is done in a timely manner, and everyone from the manager to the neighbors are friendly and helpful. I would proudly recommend these apartments to all ages.
My experience with Chesterfield Village Apartments has been wonderful. The rent is affordable. The area is also quiet and safe. Maintenance and management are extremely friendly and helpful.
Chesterfield Village is a great place for me and my 2 grandchildren. Management is friendly, neighbors are great, the kids love the pool and it is pet friendly. We’ve been here 5 years and would recommend. Very affordable and nice neighborhood too.
Great place, It is mostly quiet and peaceful, I have not had any problems for the most part. The rent is reasonable for everything that you get from this apartments, they have a pool and kid friendly playground.
I've lived here for two years and it's been really nice. The grounds are kept really nice. Maintenance is always quick to respond and the manager is kind. We are close to doctor's offices and the highway is right there.
Colleen, the manager, has been so wonderful and very helpful anytime I need something. I appreciate her so much. Chuck, the maintenance guy, is always on top of it. I couldn't ask for a nicer, quieter, safe apartment complex to live at.
I have lived in these apartments for the last 5 years and have nothing but good things to say. The neighborhood is quiet and I love the schools here. Management is easy to get a hold of and maintenance has always responded quickly. Plus my kids love the pool here!
I just signed my lease for the 2nd year. I’m in a 2 bedroom/2 bath and it’s as spacious as any apartment I’ve lived in prior. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets and both baths have shower/tubs. There is a lot of work being done on updates to buildings and grounds is is looking very nice! Neighbors are friendly, staff is helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond . It’s well lit and feels safe. There are no private balconies, which I miss but there is an area for a chair to sit outside
Nice place to live. I walk several times a day around the neighborhood and it is clean and taken care of. Good size apt for the price.
My aunt just renewed for another year and the employees have been very kind. While she was in an assisted living home recovering, the manager and maintenance guy sent cards to cheer her up and even came to the facility to let her sign her lease. They've also said they will install a grab bar to help her once she is able to return home. The apartment is nice and the landscaping was just updated this year.
We lived here for 4 years and we enjoy it.We enjoy the pool every summer.
I have rented with Wooten for 10 years almost and lived at chesterfield for 4 , its a great place to settle down and become stable at.
