I wish there was a way to give 0 stars I recently rented a party room for $400 with the understanding that I would receive a $150 refund after the event. However, the experience for my child’s first birthday party was utterly appalling and completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we discovered the air conditioning was non-functional, leaving the room stiflingly hot. Additionally, an exit sign lay smashed on the floor, presumably due to either improper installation or an attempt to unjustly blame us for the damage. The windows were covered in cobwebs, the refrigerator was moldy, and there appeared to be a small dead animal in the vent. Our pool party setup was further delayed because the gates were inexplicably locked. This was only the beginning of our grievances. The pool ladders were broken and hazardous, the water fountains were non-operational, and the bathrooms were in a deplorable state with no soap or toilet paper. To make matters worse, the mirror in the gym across from the party room was shattered. This level of negligence and disrespect is beyond infuriating. It is disgraceful to take our money and fail to deliver on the agreed-upon services. I strongly advise anyone considering this venue to look elsewhere for their events.

I just renewed my lease here, and so far, I love it. Maintenance and management are helpful and friendly. The units are great value for the price. The valet trash and huge balconies are a bonus too.

Me and my roommate moved here from two hours away last Friday and we showed up after the leasing office closed. We called them when we were on the way and met them know that we were running a little behind due to some traffic. Shoutout to Armania for staying late on a Friday and making sure we had everything we needed to move in.

It's not excellent. The management is upgrading the buildings so they can justify raising rent $200/month. They do not tell you when the painting is going on, which buildings. There is constant beeping starting at 8 am every morning. There is no warning Workers are spray painting the interior walls throughout the day. Outside your window working on siding. The workers are great, but the owners don't give you any breaks with having to deal with the nuisance of this, except for raising your rent, that is.
I have lived here for about 4 yrs. Great location to walking trails, dining, shopping, entertainment. Staff is friendly. Maintenance request are handled timely.
This Place is wonderful!!! People that work is are the best,they make you feel welcome! Managers are there all the time you need them. Pleople that work here is very kind. I do recommend the place 100%. Don't look any further!!! Also the prices are very fair when it compares to other places on the same area. My work orders were never processed on time until the property underwent new management. I have had a great experience with the maintenance team as well as those in the front office. The overall complex is well maintained and aesthetically pleasing, they take good care of the pool as well as the residents.
I’ve never been happier in 30 years after owning and maintaining a 5 be home and pool The staff and maintenance is over the top I’ve never Had a light bulb replaced in 20 minutes in my entire life. The amenities are resort like. They’ve helped me transition from an empty nester to a vibrant and productive woman. Even welcoming my old mutts, with kindness and a gracious attitude. This location is just off the busy Roswell rd and dunwoody place intersection right on the Chattahoochee river Where I can run the dogs, stop in for lunch without ever using my car. The workout room is nicer than LA Fitness I’ve never been more impressed with any rental complex - I’ll never leave this is paradise
Would give zero stars if I could. Roaches everywhere, valet trash people don’t always take your trash on the days they’re supposed to, office never notifies you when you have packages to pick up, gates are constantly broken, trash compactor is always broken. There was some gunfire in the complex recently, and there was reported crime on several other occasions during the year I lived there.

A TL;DR will be provided at the end if you don't have the time to read the short review. Positive Aspects: There is a gate There is a pool Maintenance is 24 hours The bath tubs are deep There is hardwood (when available) Good location Jacqui at the front office (she's the only good office employee) They give you 2 down payment options. Negative: Overpriced The plumbing is outdated, and the stems are no longer made, so if you have a leak there's no fixing it. The power goes out ALL THE TIME. At least twice a week. The front office staff is absolutely abysmal and the turnover is unreal. There is a HUGE miscommunication between the on site staff and the corporate staff. The blinds are flimsy, and when they break on their own (which they will) YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. They will say the carpet is new. It's not. It's old, and VERY EASILY RIPPED. The AC's are old and either freeze constantly, or the fan goes out every 2 weeks. The windows are old, and have gaps in the seal. During the summer the wasps will probably sneak in thru the window. We had 3 wasps break into our house via the window gap. There's no way to fix it so I just put a napkin in there. The gate is almost always broken, so if you don't like door to door salesmen, don't come here. TL;DR- Overpriced, understaffed, crappy quality, good locaiton, constant power outages, unfixable leaks due to discontinued plumbing stems. Also, Jacqui is the best employee they have and they overwork her and probably don't pay her enough. She's one of the few reasons living here has been bearable.
I love the apartment. Jacqui was extremely helpful and quick with the move-in process. She made sure everything was taken care of before moving in. The apartment is extremely beautiful and spacious. Feels like home already.

RENTER BEWARE! Recently, myself and FIVE or more other neighbors have had all of our cars broken into. I contacted corporate to ask about what Hannover Grand is going to do about security to make our neighborhood safer. I gave many suggestions and concerns regarding my safety (the gates are broken often, so they are left open, as the night all our vehicles got broken into). No cameras, No security, often broken gates, previous complaints about the gates. Sounds like negligence in my opinion. These are the words from an email, not my words. "Your security is the responsibility of the local law enforcement agency and yourself." In my eyes, blatantly putting the blame on my neighbors and myself for the break-ins, not on the complex for having the gates open all night. There are many other things I would like to share with you but those are from the stories of other neighbors. That is their story to tell.

Love everything about my apartment from the huge patio (great view) to the huge garden tub. Perfect floor plan, lots of wall space, the long Fourier. I love my apartment and community so much that I am transferring onsite to a larger unit within the community. Because I need another room for my daughter, if I could knock down some walls and stay in my same apartment I would.
