Property Ratings at Chardonnay Apartments
Life happened and we had to break our lease. We paid the fee to break the lease as well as the rest of the last month’s rent. It’s been two months and we still haven’t heard about if/when we will get our security deposit back, and it was very difficult to get a response about breaking the lease in general. The poor communication has been an issue since move in. The apartment was also not cleaned prior to our move in.
They do not provide notice before inspections, maintenance men will knock once then walk in without announcing themselves, and now they are towing residents’ cars
Been here since Sept 1 2022 after moving from MA. When we had that severe cold weather and power went out and the heat went with it, they were right on it and power was back up in a few hours. Then there were a couple of freak manufacturer defects that happened with my washer/dryer and those got taken care of very quickly as well. Safe area - convenient - it's also a nice mile walk around the block too.
I recently moved to Chardonnay and have been happy with my apartment, it has a fireplace and a roomy balcony. The pool area has a hot tub and BBQ grills for tenants use. Jenna & JoLynn have been very pleasant to work with and the maintenance guys are friendly and very helpful. I look forward to how nice the property looks in the spring, with the pond and all the trees I am sure it is very nice.
The pool. The jacuzzi. We have a awesome BBQ area with plenty of tables. we have a rec room that you can rent out for family gatherings awesome. The internet and cable. The apartments are nice inside. The parking needs to be fixed. Maintenance could be better. Customer service in the office office is awesome.
