great maintenance staff I've had very few problems in the 10yrs I've lived here but when i do maintenance is quick to resolve the problem in a very professional manner.
Nice Nice living, nice complex, office staff is really nice and maintenance completes things fast, walls are thin however. My upstairs neighbors kids bounce balls and are extremely loud all day, is the main negative would be needed better sound resistant things or carpet on top floors

Garbage Disposal Leaked Water... ...and I had to change my socks, but the Maintenance Team came to my rescue in less than 30 minutes on a Saturday!

Review I've been living at Chapel Hill for 2 years, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I moved in, the staff has been incredibly welcoming and helpful. The maintenance team is always responsive and quick to resolve any issues, which gives me peace of mind. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and beautifully designed with plenty of natural light. The amenities are top-notch. The location is unbeatable – it's close to nearby conveniences, like grocery stores, parks, and the airport. It's the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I truly feel at home here, and I highly recommend Chapel Hill to anyone looking for a great place to live!

toilet - running water taken care of promptly and efficiently, was surprised how quickly it was fixed, shows to the expertise of the repair personnel, super polite
First I want to say Jay was the absolute best tour guide ever! He showed us all the ends and outs of the complex. He showed us two different units and we fell in love with them both. He was very informative and listened to our needs and executed them perfectly!!!! After leaving he said “ welcome home". He just knew we would say yes lol.

Maintenance I just moved and found out that a few things weren’t working in my apartment. I put the maintenance request they came out right to get it taken care. So very thankful that I was find this apartment.
Most of Gym machines don't work. People from the office enters to your apartment without letting you know first. They take for ever to resolve any issues you might have at your unit. Incompetent management. this place says is a luxury apartment complex but is not even close to be one.

Actually been living on the property for 4 years.. I moved away and moved back after 5 months. I really enjoy the area and the location. I have to give a special shout out to *ANGIE*in the office she has always been very helpful. She’s never missed a beat! Great person all around the board. Great attitude and very very helpful always!!

Our staff works very hard to make sure that residents feel comfortable with their homes and the community as a whole, so it's great to see that our team members have been able to accommodate you with all of your needs!
Management is terrible and does not care. Maintenance is slow and only come around when you raise a stink. They nickle and dime you for every fee they can, even if you don't use it you still have to pay. Trash everywhere. Gates do not work. Multiple shootings since I've lived here included one death. Drugs left out on park benches. Forget about security for your safety, they are around the pool to ensure you have a wrist band, unless you work here and then you can throw whatever party you want. Blanket time frame for when they will enter your apartment, but then never show up. Do not answer calls, help you when you go to the office, or call you back. Gym equipment always broke. Pools nasty except the one they use for marketing. Charged me twice for a deposit because they can't keep their records straight. Sent emails to corporate who just forwarded it to the office. Save your money, care for your safety, and do not let the one apartment they show you sway you into falling into the trap like we all did.
