The community seems great so far! A few issues that were fixed quickly in the apartment! I am excited for all the community events this building has to offer!

Have lived here 3 months and overall have had a great experience. Very friend staff and responsive maintenance, great location and amenities. The apartment itself is very nice and spacious. Only downside is a lack of visitor parking. The visitor spots have never been available when I have friends or family visiting and seem to always be taken by the same cars over the past 3 months, which are likely residents instead of actual visitors.

Best apartment and best views you can find in Tampa! Apartment is a professional community and has the best amenities in Tampa and walking distance from Golds gym and water street.

Really have enjoyed my stay so far. Neighbors are nice, apartment is great, and the convenience factor is great. Extremely excited and happy with my choice here.

Very professional and helpful. We feel very safe. Also appreciate how quiet it is as we hear very little from other apartments. Emily has been a delight to work with.

I've lived here at the Channel Club Apartment for 4 months. I am very satisfied with this apartment. This apartment is quite and there was no noise from the other units. I could sleep well in the evening. Parking is also convenient and well managed. Publix is on the first floor so grocery shopping is very easy.

Great neighborhood and part of town. Easy parking. Moderate noise level from downtown living. Clean and peaceful living. Stairwells do have a terrible odor.

We love living in Channel Club and have renewed for the 3rd time. Our apartment is spacious and parking is never an issue. The location is perfect for downtown because we are close to everything but avoid a lot of the road closures due to Amalie Arena.

I can't even begin to express how awful this apartment complex is. The noise here is unbearable—it's constant, from loud neighbors to street noise, and it feels like there's no escape. The elevators are a joke; they break down all the time and smell like urine when they do work. Speaking of cleanliness, the grills are disgusting. They've never been cleaned, and it's gross trying to use them. As for the management? Completely useless. They don't respond to concerns and clearly don't care about the tenants. In addition to that a perk is the parking cost but is it a perk when the gate never works and cars get broken into/stolen and management refuses to do anything? I regret moving here and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I have been here since this building opened up and it has gotten worse and worse every year. Luxury pricing for not a luxury building. Very unacceptable

I am now in my second year living here, and I can confidently say that this is the best place I've lived in Tampa! The location is excellent, and the staff is wonderful. They are always attentive, and the building is very well-maintained. The management is exceptional, they genuinely care and do their best to ensure everything runs smoothly. It truly feels like home, and I highly recommend it!

Great place to live, convenient for pet owners and great location for lifestyle! Very clean and with great views and our staff is amazing!!!

Location is awesome, work orders are addressed promptly, we are kept informed of what is happening AND THE VIEW IS PRICELESS! It’s great having a pool, gym, outside patio with BBQ and private business areas to meet with people if you do not want to meet in your apartment

Love living in this building, the management is very personable and easy going. Maintenance when required, comes immediately, but rarely do we have issues that need to be addressed. Have renewed already 2x's and planning to renew again when the time comes. The location is perfect for being downtown but not stuck in traffic on waterstreet for events at Amalie. Publix in the building is a huge win!! Easy parking for guests, which is a luxury downtown.

If you’re looking for a seamless transition into your next home, I highly recommend the Channel Club in Tampa. From my first tour to moving in, every step of the process was smooth and hassle-free, thanks to the excellent support from the team—especially Emily, and Noah, who made sure everything went perfectly. I chose the Channel Club for its prime location, top-notch amenities, and spacious apartments. While rent prices in Tampa/St. Pete can be high, I found the value here to be worth it. With a grocery store conveniently located on the first floor and Tampa’s attractions, restaurants, bars, gyms, and coffee shops just a short 15-minute walk away, I’ll be spending far less time driving. Apartment construction is great. Concrete walls and ceilings help minimize noise between neighbors, which was a major plus compared to the wood-framed buildings I toured at other communities. IMO, the Channel Club offers great living and a welcoming staff who make settling in a breeze!

Staff, and Residents are great. Very attentive and clean building. Other residents are nice and helpful, to those new to the building. Made the move in process easy

Living at Channel Club in downtown Tampa has been an incredible experience from day one. The location alone is unbeatable – nestled right in the heart of the city, we're steps away from the best restaurants, cafes, and cultural hotspots. The apartments themselves are modern and stylish, with thoughtful layouts and high-end finishes that make coming home a pleasure every day. From the moment you step into the lobby, you're greeted by friendly staff who are always willing to go above and beyond to make sure you feel at home.

Was great. Had some minor issues with the apartment when i got it. Besides that everything went great and im excited to be the in apartment.

This is an awesome place to live . I love the view of the port from my balcony and also the Publix that is attached to the building. Also so mny things to do all in walking distance or using the free trolley is so convienent,

We like the building, but FOUR of the five EV chargers have been broken for months. That was one of the main reasons we chose the building. There are about 20 EV cars—this is unacceptable, particularly given the competition of other buildings. We are moving out to a more expensive building

Love the building and the recent upgrades! Quiet for work from home and thick walls so never hear neighbors. Location is everything! Literally walk everywhere and sometimes cannot even remember where I parked my car in the garage. Friendly and caring staff. We already renewed once and don't have other plans for living other than here.

Channel Club has been a great experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Units are nice with great views of the city. Easy to walk to numerous bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Absolutely love living here, it’s been such a great experience from the initial walk through, maintenance, staff, events! All amazing! Would recommend to anyone. Very quiet and professional!!

This is my most favorite place I have ever lived, hands down. I love my 2 bedroom. The flooring is so nice and the kitchen cabinets and granite tops are beautiful. The kitchen island is so big it replaces our need for a bulky dining table and integrates well into our space. The views are also great on any side of the building I visit. From my own balcony I love just staring off at my personal favorite view of Ybor City and the Port and getting that sunrise. The location is beyond premium. In a walkable distance you have a free trolley that runs from Channelside to Downtown and Ybor. You also get free uber into Downtown because of where we are located. There are always places to go around here and the insides of the apartments are so nice you also can just enjoy a night in. I am excited for the Publix opening up in the building and soon I feel like I wont need my car lol. The people who work here are really helpful and fun and always throw awesome parties for the tenants and potential residents. They put a lot of effort into this place and you can tell. Since I moved here I have met so many cool neighbors that I now call friends. It is just so welcoming! Channel Club is truly a great place to live and it really does feel like a lovely hotel.
