The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Cero Townhomes
Most units have half a restroom. Idk why they list them as full restrooms. The 3bed 3bath is actually a 3bed 2.5 bath. It’s the same for the 2bed 2bath. It’s actually 2bed 1.5bath. I never use the pool but even if I did want to they only have it open when I’m not here. It’s only open M-F from like 9am-4:30pm. We’ve had maintenance done on our unit and our issues have gotten fixed but it tends to take a while for the maintenance guy to actually come around to fix things. There’s a “gym” but it’s a small room that has an elliptical, a treadmill, and one of those pulley systems with a seat attached. Again, if I did want to use it I can’t because it has the same hours as the pool. I will say the units are pretty nice, although the upstairs in ours has really creaky floors but that’s whatever. Most neighbors keep to themselves which I don’t mind. The only people you’ll see out and about are the kids who live here. They tend to play in the grassy areas. For the gates you can use the code or the clicker they provide. Some times the keypads are a little wonky but they usually work. If you have more than two cars, finding parking inside the gated community sucks. Most people park on the street which isn’t too annoying, but there have been people who live out of their cars parked on the street where the residents park. They tend to leave but there’ll be like 1 or 2 people who do that within the year.
Property Manager at Cero Townhomes, Responded To This Review
Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us. We appreciate your detailed observations about the amenities and facilities. We're sorry to hear about any frustrations regarding the unit listings and the limited hours for the pool and gym. We take all feedback into account as it helps us improve. If you would like to discuss any of these comments further or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact the office anytime.
I want to leave a review regarding Serenade only due to the fact that they make the decision to make sure apartments are ready first for new tenants while putting off needed maintenance for the existing ones. My wife and I were of this group. Also we've had a cockroach problem for some time and when it's only address it to the office manager she had told me that they have no pest control guy and that we could go out and get her own products to treat the problem ourselves. This is against city ordinances isn't it? It is health and safety violation. One could easily look up the code on this topic and bring them to task. Pool hasn't been opened yet this summer either so it seems as though they have a lack of staff on hand to ensure their side of the bargain. Thank you and have a nice day
