We love living here. Katrina, Jordan and all of the staff are great and very helpful. Frederick is becoming very pricey, but if you want a nice, safe place to live, consider this community.

Would give ZERO stars if I could. Do yourself a favor and live anywhere else except for here. The office staff is extremely rude and careless. They don’t respond to voicemails or emails. Quite frankly they don’t care about anyone. The water bill stays high year round. Management needs to hire new staff that actually care about customer service and treating people right. Renovations are also way overdue in the buildings.

Love living here! It's in a good location near the elementary school and close to everything. Easy access to the highways and shopping. Maintenance crew is excellent!

It’s very quiet at times. Limited parking. Can be hassle but otherwise good. Maintenance is excellent.outside is always looking beautiful. Floors always getting mopped.

The leasing staff was professional, patient and accommodating to our difficulties with the application process. Management should consider training them in the actual application. No one could answer our on line questions - including the cumbersome pet app.

Everyone is friendly. Maintenance is quick. When we need anything done it gets done efficiently. I like that we can walk around in a nice neighborhood with our dog

Location is great. Easy to get to all major stores and little shops. Close enough to downtown but far enough to be quiet. Staff are amazing and go above and beyond to help.

Great place to call home ! Spacious living and whenever there is an issue maintenance always responds quickly and effectively. The amenities are also very nice.

I've had nothing but a great experience here, from applying to living here. Even the one repair needed for external facade were handled quickly and well.

I have no nothing but good to say about this place. Things are taken care of maintenance is great and management does a great job also very friendly every time I go in even when problems arise with the Internet by the way my fault I have been here over five years

It has been great. Everything is well taken care of. Community events throughout the year has been great source of extra activities. Apartments are neat and clean.

The Maintenance team is always very responsive and they are all fantastic and friendly. The community is quiet and well maintained, the staff keeps it very clean. I love that the community has doggie stations literally everywhere, making it easy to clean up after our furry friends. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful!

I like the leasing and maintenance staff. The area is nice as well. I like living near the school neighborhoods since it's safe. Sucks to be so close to the hwy though.

Clearbrook is a nice respite after work and a relaxing place to exercise and walk. The staff is always very helpful and friendly. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. I work from home and it’s easy with the internet service.

Really appreciate the office team and maintenance, they are wonderful. Attentive, helpful, professional and kind. Also, love the evening mixers organized for residents, they do such a nice job on those.

Fairly decent experience with leasing-however the condition of the apartment was very poor when moving in and incredibly dirty. Repeat and on-going repairs needed.

Great staff very helpful. New shops just opened down the road making the area have even more to do. Bus stop is so close and can get anywhere

I really love living at Century Clearbrook apartments. It is very quiet here and the benefits are awesome. We have a nice clubhouse, a great gym, and a fantastic swimming pool. Having a garage is a plus also. We can use it for storage or use it to park our car in. Either way, it is good to have a garage. The employees are wonderful too! Anything we need they take care of for us. They are just a fantastic team.

Very nice area. Very close to all key needs and many wants. Lots of big and smaller playgrounds for kids and nice places to walk. Many friendly dogs and people. Staff are very helpful and friendly as well.

Overall a nice place to live. Most issues are immediately addressed if any. Beautiful community, top notch maintenance team and management is A .

Sure, Clearbrook is expensive (what isn't nowadays)...but it's 1 - a luxury apartment complex so the price is to be expected, and 2 - is managed extremely well! We're going on 3 years of living here and I have not had one single negative interaction with management or any employees. We've had the occasional issue with a running toilet, or a wobbly screen door, or the upstairs neighbor getting birdseed all over our balcony...but each situation was handled professionally and practically immediately. Although we're beyond ready to move to larger pastures (the housing market isn't buyer friendly currently), the apartment itself has a nice roomy layout and the amenities are dependable. So while we wait on buying a house, this complex feels enough like home to us that we're content until our next step.

We've lived here for over 6 years in two different apartments and it has been an amazing experience the entire time. The technical service, leasing office staff, amenities and the location are top notch. The management team truly makes you feel welcome and any concerns are heard and addressed immediately. Century Clearbrook has become our home and we have no desire to move simply because there are no better apartments to move to in the entire Frederick, MD area. If you are looking for a luxurious apartment, great neighborhood, great schools, excellent staff service and a place to call home, Century Clearbrook is the best Frederick has to offer. We are not looking forward to moving - we love it here!

Four years here and never a day goes by that we regret our decision to call this community home. Maintenance is always top-notch and always a priority. Community events each month bring us together for fun and friendship. Our apartment is spacious and stylish and never leaves us wishing for more. Need something handled that's out of the ordinary? This staff of people goes above and beyond.

My experience being here is a very positive one, from the staff to maintenance everyone is so courteous friendly professional and responsive . I absolutely love it here and so will you! I’ve been here since 2019. LN-V

We love everything about this place from the floorplan, the amenities, the privacy, the parking options, the mail options, the friendliness of neighbors, the helpful nature of staff, and that our apartment feels high end and like home. Frederick is pricey but this apartment feels like a bargain.

The staff is rude and unprofessional, they lie about costs and hidden fees. You will be required to pay a “valet” trash fee ($30/ month) for services that are poor at best. There are various fines ranging from $25 to a high of $50 for the smallest of infractions that are not listed in your lease. The place is lipstick on a pig, sure the complex looks nice on the outside and interiors are nice but these apartments are very poorly constructed and insulated. The staff is constantly snooping in your apartment claiming this is done for quarterly maintenance inspections, don’t believe it. Snow removal during the winter is non existent. They allow residents to park in front of garages blocking access. You will be required to pay for square footage that is restricted from use, you will also be required to heat this space at an average cost of $50/month during winter months. Stay away from these apartments.

I had neighbors who told me that the office kept quiet about the security deposit accruing interest, and they almost didn't get it back. They sent emails over and over again when I was about to move out stating that I still owed more. I paid them because I was fearful of paying bills late. Turned out I never owed the money that was reflected in those emails. They told me that I should have known whether I owed that money and that emails are sent to many individuals at once and action is not required by everyone. Lame excuse for unprofessional-ism. They were not quick to pay back what I overpaid. They kept is as a security deposit. I never had to pay a deposit because I have good credit. They mailed a check that was short by ~$300 after I moved out. Never got the $300 back either.

DO NOT RENT HERE. My time living there wasn't awful - some issues (mold in the apartment, timely snow removal, etc.) but overall I thought it was handled decently and it hasn't been my worst renting experience. DON'T LET THIS FOOL YOU. Management showed their true colors when I moved out. They claimed my carpet had "pet smell" when I moved out. No one else who had ever been in my apartment shared this opinion, but whatever. The bigger issue is the way they lied to my face about the carpet costs to try and get me to cover more of it. My carpet had 10 months of life left until they had to replace it anyway (according to their system), and when I kept pushing them on the incorrect method of prorating, they kept trying to excuse their way out of the incorrect charges. Took weeks of back and forth, and three different invoices, before they finally prorated it correctly. I had to send them their own Excel sheet back with my corrections before they got it right. I had two months of electric that ended up being in their name at the end of my lease. My fault, so I didn't even complain about the fees for "electric recovery." But they tried to tell me that two months of electricity for a one bedroom apartment was $400! I had to call the electric company myself and then their corporate office before they were finally able to "find" the correct bills. They deliberately ignored the later accurate bills and sent me an estimated bill that was extremely high to justify their actions. Long story short, my final invoice went from me owing $700 to me owing $140 - if I hadn't moved to a different state and had the time to take them to court, I'm sure I could have gotten that and my pet deposit back too. During this process I was liked to multiple times (though of course they came up with a terrible excuse for each one). The management here is unethical and will do anything to get an extra penny out of you - don't come here!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and love it. Everyone, neighbors and staff are all wonderful. They really make the effort to make this a friendly and fun community!

Camden Clearbrook is located in a very nice area. It is not far from the mall, city bus stops, walkable to a few stores, and even a walking trail. The staff is very nice and they go above and beyond to help and make it feel like home. They often have events for residents to make home more of a community. There is a pool but it is only 3 feet deep. The area does smell sometimes because of dog droppings that some of the other residents fail to pick up after. They offer many doggie trash bags and stands. The dishwasher,washing machine and etc are not energy efficient products. The area is quiet.
