I love living here it is quiet an clean. People are very kind and friendly. It's always clean and also is pet friendly. I love my apartment too.

I love that it is a pet friendly community. I love seeing those happy furry friends walking around. this is the perfect place for having my dog by my side

When I moved in, I thought I was moving into luxury and realized very early in the lease that I was fooled and keep getting lied to and it is exhausting living here having to try and fix everything over and over again and replacing lights every other week. It is just exhausting and not worth the amount of rent you pay to live here. Make sure you read all reviews across all the sites, google, yelp, and anywhere else.

I love living here! I just feel that some of the appliances have stopped working and it’s been a couple weeks and they haven’t been fixed. But I love this place outside of that!

I love living here! Everyone is so kind. Cody in the office is very nice and always willing to help us out. Definitely recommend anyone to live here.

The place is beautiful and clean. The personal staff is exceptional and patient. I am happy with my floorplan. You would love to live here!!!

Its going okay so far. I really don't like the office not answering the phone or emails but other than that it is a nice clean quiet community.

Great communication & Excellent service before and after the storm. Property is clean and repairs being made timely. Friendly neighbors all around the property.

My experience this year over all has most definitely improved and I am happy the office has been getting involved in events and are always friendly

I love the property managers, Cody and the new girl are amazing. They stay on top of everything and get the job done. they are awesome and grea!!!!

Love how quiet it is here, but it’s like pulling teeth to get a hold of someone at the leasing office. You also won’t get a ticket completed until having to submit the same ticket multiple times.

I love this community. It's nice and spacious , the staff and the people hear are easy to get along with. I would recommend this place to rent

The area is very good with great access to all necessities. I would hope for future residents that ariva gives out a lot discount for everything that is around the area.

The complex is very peaceful and quiet which makes you spend comfortable moments with the family. And we want to stay the days that we don't work to enjoy the outdoor spaces.

The place isn’t bad but the management kinda sucks, they don’t keep up with maintenance and you have to constantly keep going to the leasing office to complain and they just don’t do anything.

I am really enjoying my apartment and the amenities. Location is great for me and the complex is clean and well kept. There was an issue with the gate but it was resolved

So far so great. Everything was pretty smoothly with the move in. Seems to be pretty quiet compared to the last place I was and a lot cleaner.

This is a great community it's nice and quiet people are very friendly and nice. Inwould recommend thos place it's also pet friendly. Please come join this great community.

Nice place to live. Breezeways could be pressure washed from the leakings of trash juice. Landscape well manicured. Staff is friendly. Pool and hot tub are nice.

Well the apartments themselves are very nice but the trash area by the compactor is always very very filthy and it smells prettyyy bad.......

The inside is beautiful but the outside, like the stairs and the corridors, need to be taken care of and cleaned AT LEAST once a week. I lt’s really disgusting and tiring to get home; if I am wearing something nice I should really be careful for it not to touch the floor. The rent is expensive for a dirty entrance like this. It should be fixed and can be fixed easily honestly. Sometimes I really wish I had a pressure water hose to clean the building and the staircase????

We have thoroughly enjoyed our move in during June of 2024. It is now August and we couldn’t be more in love. The staff is kind, the quality of this community brings us happiness, and our apartment is by far our favorite yet.

living here so far so good...plenty of parking and the pool is perfect. had 1 maintenance issue with the thermostat and it was fixed within 24 hours.

As of now, we have no complaints. We love the facilities, the walking trail we use everyday, the gym is very convenient, the pool is amazing and always clean.

It is peaceful and pretty. I’d love to see the hallways cleaner that they usually are Also the requests for repairs has to be faster. And the phones problem it’s very stressful when you need to call the office.

You have to constantly put in tickets to address the same issue before it gets fixed. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. They could really use a deep clean on the outside, way too many insect nests around entrance ways of apartments.

Overall very nice neighbors, privacy is respected and property is well maintained. I would like to see the gates close at night hopefully soon.

No complaints besides it sometimes seems I have a herd of elephants living above me but only sometimes . Other than that it’s a nice place lol

It was very smooth and peaceful! The office staff was very helpful and communicative. I really recommend Ariva, this will be my place for a long time.

Very happy here, had some issues with getting maintenance requests completed in the past, but the new staff has been great. Just need to get the stairways pressure washed. Nice place to be overall.

Beautiful Apartment, great location. I love the amenities and have I’m enjoyed coming home to such a beautiful community. You can tell the staff love its community as much as the residents.

The area is beautiful and has plenty of amenities. Very nice community. People are very friendly. There's plenty of stores and shops for everyone's needs. Even the employees are friendly and helpful.

Great property, clean grounds and mostly quite. Friendly folks all around the property. The walking trail is very nice also and covers the whole property. My only concern, is they are a week or so behind on maintenance request but I expect them to catch up quickly. Overall a very nice property.

Love living here. Love the area. I feel safe. Staff has changed over many times but all seem nice when talking to them. Maintenance has been good when needed.

Still think that the property is nice, but things stay broken entirely too long in my personal opinion. But still overall quiet, peaceful environment that I can come home to.

We love it here at century ariva, our only complaint would be the rate at which maintenance requests are received and then acted upon. Otherwise we love it!

Sometimes it is very hard to get into contact with the main office or they don’t call back when they said they will follow up on something. You have to stay on top of the work orders you submit because they’ll magically get closed and not worked on and have to submit multiple times

We love it here because the quality of living is incredible. We love the clean atmosphere. We love all the amenities because they’re convenient and of high quality. We love our apartment so much. We’ve live in three other apartments but this one at Century Ariva is top tier. Century Ariva does an astounding job at keeping this community safe, clean, and they accommodate as much as possible making you feel so good and at home. We truly love it so much.

Easy move in and leasing. Very welcoming and home like apartments. I enjoy that it is only a few minutes drive from both downtown Lakeland, Bartow, anf the park way.

Love it, it is a very quiet and very beautiful place to live.. the management is great. The management takes care of everything really fast. The layout is very good.

Pretty apartment, fast working maintenance and office workers. Anytime there is an issue, the staff is more than willing to help out. Pool area is always kept nice and tidy.

I love the place neighbors are good. Grounds are clean. Pool area is wonderful. 1 issue communication with maintenance folks. But the main office cleared it up quickly.

Office staff are very kind and really try to help you with your issues or concerns. People picking up there dog poop is still and issue due to a lot of families having there kids take out there dogs.

Have had no complaints, been here a little over a year now. Quiet as far as my building. Maintenance is quick to act but never had any real issues besides a clogged kitchen sink.
