I feel like upkeep of property has gone down. Bushes need trimmed and pressure washing needs to be done more often. Trash is often in the breezeway and on lawn.

Staff is great and helpfull but the new management and new rules are like prison rules. We pay all this money and cant do anything. They dont have any events for the residents . nothing. raise the rent but can't use the pool when you want.

The apartments themselves are nice and updated, and I love view of the pond from my balcony. But I’ve had a really hard time with some maintenance requests, and the grounds are very dirty. No one seems to pick up after their dogs. My kids couldn’t even play in the grass because there was waste everywhere.

I enjoy living here. It's convenient, for the most part quiet. The neighbors are friendly. I wish more people were responsible for their pets and more considerate of others, but it's not a bad place to live.

The apartments, parking lot and grounds are not taken care of like they use to be. Breezeways are greasy and nasty with trash, trash cans are left out 24/7 and no one seems to do anything about it. Breezeways are not blown off by lawn maintenance anymore. Residents are letting their dogs poop everywhere and not cleaning it up. Trash is not being picked up regularly even when compactor is not broke.
I like living here at Century Afton Ridge Apartments the location is excellent right off the highway restaurants shopping areas 30 minutes from my job restaurants and grocery stores the community is always clean friendly Neighbors I like the events that they have throughout the year pet friendly the rent is reasonable been here 4 years and counting great parking space

Nice and quiet neighborhood and conveniently located. A lot of stores in walking distance. Everyone stays to themselves. Everyone in the rental office has been very pleasant and helpful. Kim and Nancy are amazing!!!

Kim is nothing short of amazing!! Excellent communication, so very personable and professional. She really went above and beyond to get us into the perfect place!! Not only is the neighborhood lovely but the homes are roomy, sophisticated and full of conveniences. Plus the neighborhood has everything you could possibly want and need. Even with the location in town, it's still quiet and peaceful. I recommend Century at Afton Ridge 10/10!!

We have absolutely loved our apartment! Moving in was simple and Kim was super helpful. Only thing I miss having is a car wash area, and having coffee available to consume.

Love it here. Close to everything. Great for walking the dogs and exercising. Pool is a great in the warmer months. Neighbors are friendly and apartments are kept up. Clean, safe neighborhood.

Mostly good experience. Maintenance does an excellent job. Apartment complex is quiet aside from a few dogs barking at times. Trash pickup is always done on time. I feel safe overall here.
