The city of Concord is a large suburb of North Carolina, located just 25 miles northeast of Charlotte. Concord’s history with car racing is legendary, and if you’re interested in renting in the city, you will likely be spending some of your free time at the track!
The Charlotte Motor Speedway is a major NASCAR racing venue and one of the city’s biggest attractions with drag racing, dirt tracks, and a 138,000-seat stadium. Recent conditions re: pets and their owners patrolling their waste is inexcusable and should be addressed. Swimming pool appears to be open to the public and completely unmonitored. More and more, un-insured, unregistered vehicles all over the property along with endless amounts of discarded trash. The residents have to be respectful of neighbors and the property or they should be disciplined and fined. Communication of events at pool, trash pick up etc.by office staff is non existent. Notice of office closures are always prompt. Recommended rules and restrictions have no observation or enforcement, thus no benefit.

We aim to maintain open lines of communication, so please give us a call or stop by our office so that we can address your concerns.
They are adding extra charges to our monthly rent bills without our knowledge. Extra charge for trash added on top of our valet trash. Plus Spectrum is now wanting to charge us $10 a month on top of are bulk package we pay in our rent. I’ve been here 5 years and have never paid these charges. The office doesn’t seem to have legit answers I said they will find out. This is extra trash charge has been going on for a minute now that started looking on previous months. I couldn’t figure out why it was always different. The trash compactor isn’t the residence responsibility. It is property management’s responsibility.

I feel like upkeep of property has gone down. Bushes need trimmed and pressure washing needs to be done more often. Trash is often in the breezeway and on lawn.

Staff is great and helpfull but the new management and new rules are like prison rules. We pay all this money and cant do anything. They dont have any events for the residents . nothing. raise the rent but can't use the pool when you want.

The apartments themselves are nice and updated, and I love view of the pond from my balcony. But I’ve had a really hard time with some maintenance requests, and the grounds are very dirty. No one seems to pick up after their dogs. My kids couldn’t even play in the grass because there was waste everywhere.

Not a bad place to live except my car was broken into twice in one week. Maintenance is super slow. Good area with lots of things around though.

I enjoy living here. It's convenient, for the most part quiet. The neighbors are friendly. I wish more people were responsible for their pets and more considerate of others, but it's not a bad place to live.

Needs some updating on amenities and landscaping. Rules need to be followed a bit closer and breezeways need to be cleaned and residents need to take trash cans inside after trash is picked up.

I love my apartment and the staff are great. They’re so efficient and very pleasant. The neighborhood is safe and the complex is located in the perfect spot. It’s very close to everything.

The apartments, parking lot and grounds are not taken care of like they use to be. Breezeways are greasy and nasty with trash, trash cans are left out 24/7 and no one seems to do anything about it. Breezeways are not blown off by lawn maintenance anymore. Residents are letting their dogs poop everywhere and not cleaning it up. Trash is not being picked up regularly even when compactor is not broke.
I like living here at Century Afton Ridge Apartments the location is excellent right off the highway restaurants shopping areas 30 minutes from my job restaurants and grocery stores the community is always clean friendly Neighbors I like the events that they have throughout the year pet friendly the rent is reasonable been here 4 years and counting great parking space

Love living here. Rent costs are much lower than most places. Conveniently located to so many stores and restaurants. Maintenance requests are followed up on quickly and the staff is very helpful.

It's a nice place to live just the garbage dump needs a little work it gets pretty messy sometimes instead of opening the door you got people just throwing garbage over the top just lazy or don't care

Everything still has been running smooth and well and it’s been 3 months now. Only thing that needs an adjustment is the bilt rewards (this is the system to pay rent online) it has not been accepting payments as of late which also could include a late fee
