The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Centre Court Apartments
The staff that works there needs to be replaced because I was promised a apartment and I had paid my security deposit of $300 she took my money and she kept my money for no reason at all and never did give me a apartment to stay and making up lies about the qualification
The staff are highly unprofessional, they lie continuously, very sheisty, and shady people. The people who work for the corporate office are very rude. The whole staff should be replaced. It's a shame because the apartments are so beautiful but the people running it are terrible. They will not put your money towards what they agreed they would. I was supposed to have a 3 bdr in which I gave them money to hold and they asked me to sign the lease at their other property in which I did when i got to the apartments it was a 2 bdr. They really played me, and continue to lie and do shady things. And they are never there and never answer the phones. Go elsewhere if you can until those two are out of office.
The people in charge of renting out the apartment there at Centre Court in Greenville NC tell to many lies about quantification and don't show up on time and a waste of time look somewhere else
I've been to the site of were these apartments will be built. The transformation was surprisingly espectaculos...I love everything about them, being new and spacious. The 2,3 bedrooms are perfect in the floor plans as far as room for families of that capacity. I would really like to be a tenant at this location...thanks.
