Unresponsive and inexperienced leasing staff. Lots of cockroaches. Noisy community - lots of late-night car horns honking. Trash bags in the hallways for days. Food scraps and dirty hallways. Entire building smells like insecticide.

Aw, thanks! Your amazing feedback and rating mean the world to us. Central Park East Management Team
At CPE you can park at a "paid carport" without paying any fee since there is no more frequent control from the management of CPE over which cars (parking in a paid carport) have an official sticker (red color) displayed on their windshield. Please do the checking....

Wonderful community, we’re very pleased with our decision to live here. Very smooth and easy leasing process, and the apartment is perfectly suited to us and our needs.
High rental community with low maintenance and poor management of service request team.
Awesome community.... staff participation ,communication ,and concern for residents is of epic proportion..... they go above and beyond for a complex so huge the ambience is refreshing, the complex site is clean, and there is very little drama going on.... peaceful, quiet, and laid back community..... I commend and recommend Central Park East Apartments and the it's staff members
Excelentes ambiente familiar, espacios amplios y limpios, mucha seguridad y cómodos precios
"The team works hard! <3 I see them out and about in any weather. Leasing staff is friendly and maintenance staff is good at what they do. Big thanks to Parker, Danylle, and Brittany for making the move in process swift and easy."
Honestly my experience at Central Park was not good office people need to be more professional
The apartments in central park east are spacious with great ventilation.
Central park is amazing place to leave , all stops are very friendly and ready to help any time
It looks like the managements of CPE keep changing, which is somewhat effecting the quality.
This community is good maintained. And their maintenance staff are also good.
Friendly, humane staff that are flexible, helpful and enforce quiet hour rules fairly well.
I have been staying in this community vfor more than 5 years, love central park and the services greystar offers in this location, the only issue which I observed is Lift.. if you fox your lift I can give 5*
CPE is a great place to live - right at the heart of a great part of Bellevue, with easy walking access to an incredible number of parks and restaurants.
I live here for more than 5 years now, never had a problem, the key is treat everybody with love and respect, and the answer would tell you what kind of person you have in front of you!!!! And never give up!
Nice and Quiet Community, in an excellent location, with great office staff.
An economical and clean community with resident friendly staff
First of all the Central Park apartment is big. It has swimming pool, gym, parks, basketball courts, lobbies, Amazon locker in each lobby etc.
My whole moving experience was extremely simple and Mack was able to answer any and all of my questions with quick responses. My apartment was clean and ready for me to start my next life chapter year. I am so grateful for the entire experience and the time that I have spent here so far!
Excelentes habitaciones, grandes, lujosas y excelente ubicacion, es mi primera vez rentando aqui y estoy agusto con las instalaciones.
Good; Affordable, good location and amenities, management is nice, some areas of buildings/apartments need work. No on-site recycling.
Excellent staff. Prompt and quick to answer answer any questions and always courteous. Had a great experience with Gabby in particular! It's a nice place to live with all the basic amenities and wonderful location with plethora of stores in the vicinity.
Friendly Management and Neighbors, Good Location and Clean for kids
Very good service. Very nice people. I am super impressed after living here.
It's a wonderful location with amazing facilities.
The location is good. But the landscaping and the apartment looks and finishes should be improved.
Beautiful and spacious apartments, everything is clean and prestige. Quiet too its such a serene place to live!!
It’s a good place to live in. The agents at the leasing office are very nice, and the overall look of the appartments are good. The price are affordable. Parking is easy to find. I highly recommend.
It’s safe, it’s beautiful. It’s convenient. People end up living here happily.
I have been living at this apartment for the past few years now. It's a very clean community and conveniently located right across the mall and a bus stop right outside. The office staff and the maintenance team are very compassionate and prompt. They have been really helpful in making this community a warm neighborhood to live in. The community is located very close to Bellevue downtown and Microsoft campus. I totally recommend this apartment to everyone looking for an economical and convenient place.

Hi, we are so happy to read such a great review about Central Park East! Thank you, and have a fantastic day!
The only thing this place has going for it is its location. Aside from that it has few redeeming qualities. From the first time we stepped foot on property the leasing staff has done nothing but lie to us. When we call them out on their lies they try turning it back on us, then try to follow up with meaningless concessions. No one in the office communicates, so we receive conflicting information every time we have a question about something. They either provide too little notice for important events that impact your daily life. Here are just a few items we've encountered since living here: When touring the property during our search there were no signs posted that the elevators were non-functioning nor was it explained verbally. It wasn't until after we confronted management on the issue and that it would have impacted our decision to rent that signs were finally posted. During our confrontation with the leasing office we were called liars to our face about informing us. After we'd parked our car for the night they posted temporary 'No parking' signs. The signs stated cars had to be moved early the next morning or be towed at owner’s expense. When confronting the manager regarding the short notice, she admitted they didn't post notice until after 5pm and used "scare tactics" to get people to move their cars. We received notice from the Leasing Office they were going to be pressure washing/painting the building exterior and we would need to clear all items off the balcony. We reached out to the Office regarding time frame because we are getting married and will be hosting out-of-town guests and did not have storage space. Each time we spoke with the Leasing Office, we received a different answers on when this would occur. When the official email went out to clear our balconies, we were told to ignore it because the project was delayed. A few days later we noticed they had started painting and had sent a follow up email requesting items be removed from balconies. Again we approached the leasing office regarding timing when they told us to speak with the manager and they would schedule a time for us to talk with her. We showed up at the appointed time only to find out no appointment had ever been made. The manager proceeded to tell us we should have paid attention to the emails, disregarding the information we had been provided by her staff while looking clearly disgusted and rolling her eyes.

We moved in late March and so far are happy with everything! The amenities and location for the rent that we're paying is great! I'm commuting downtown seattle and it's super easy, everything you might ever need (stores, grocery shops, restaurants, post office, banks, fedex, etc.) is close. Costco is 10 minutes away. Our apartment's been renovated and the whole premises are being renovated as well. We have a one-bedroom apartment - there's plenty of space, the balcony is huge! The management does a great job, everyone is really helpful! There's a lot of free parking, gym is not crowded, all in all we're really glad we moved in!

Hi, we are very happy we could provide you with a positive experience! Thank you so much again for your feedback! We hope you have a great day!
I have been living at Central park east apartments (CPE) since 2015. CPE has not only upgraded the apartments but also painted the hallways and working on exteriors. You will get the feeling of living in a brand new apartment. In addition Central park east apartments are very spacious. Apartment upgrades are beautiful inside. Location is awesome. The leasing office team specially Brittney, Mariana, Taylor and Alex are always ready to help and go above and beyond. They have been helpful from day one and the maintenance team is friendly. Dave from maintenance team will suggest alternative solutions to problems. The team is working towards new initiatives regularly to make central park east a better place. It is a great community. Feel at home. - AA

It's genuine review. Staying here in Central park apartments is horrible. If you want loose your peace and money then only consider this. No security, More utility charges (no one knows how they do calculate), even paid parking is pain with very compact lines and about move-out charges you will be surprised with huge bill even if you even maintain your unit very well. They charge you like any thing. Ultimately by staying here like throwing your hard earned money away. So please stay away and look for better units.

This apartment is very convenient because all the shopping molls are very near to this and bus facility is there .And if some problem inside the home if we complaint them they will respond properly. For kids also parks are very near to them means they are walk able
near to good number of restaurant but maintenance of the property is very bad.
This is the perfect place to live if you want nearby restuarants, shopping complex, play area for kids, friendly community people. i would recommend this place to any one who ever wants to move here and im sure they are going to love being here.
