This a great complex! They really do an awesome job at communicating with residents and keeping the facility up to date. There are a few minors areas that could be improved but overall it’s a lovey complex that all will enjoy!
Stacy is friendly and professional. She helped with every aspect of moving in and so far we love it here. The community is clean, quiet and safe.
I like living here but we are not going to renew the lease as we are needing more space. I’m not a fan of the entrance gates as the gate arms are broken often. There aren’t as many community events as they make it seem either.
I love it here closer to everything the community is quiet this is my second years I don’t know about another yet year because now the community is not as quiet anymore
So far so good I recently renewed my lease if am no crazy about the increase of the rent I don’t think I will be renewing again next year I like to follow rules but some people doesn’t now I have a tenant on top of my head driving me crazy
Living at Celadon on Club has been a great experience so far. The community is quiet, safe, and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and always willing to help whenever something comes up. I really appreciate the amenities and the convenient location. Definitely a place I would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming home.

This is a beautiful community. The groundskeeper is doing a great job. The amenities are amazing. The management team is awesome. I hope to have lasting relationships with celadon on club
I LOVE THE CELADON very glad me and my lady chose to move here. everything is great! we have no complaints. My personal favorite amenity has to be the gym!

I believe your Agent, Stacey, explained and showed you the differences between the ADA accessible unit and the standard apartment A2, however the ADA unit was more in your price range. We also offer storage from small storage closets beginning at $75.00 up to a extra large garage at $250.00. We also offer transfer options if you wish to upgrade your apartment in the future!
Friendly and organized management and staff. Considerate neighbors. Thoughtful layout and amenities. Dog friendly with nice walking paths to exercise them.

This is a lovely and amazing complex. My only complaint (which is not the complex’s fault) is that people don’t seem to want to follow the rules. Even when we get countless of emails about what’s going on and what we can and can’t do. These emails are friendly reminders and when others don’t listen then it puts a damper on those who do. Also the neighbors upstairs are loud all day and all night long. Really annoying. Other than that I love this complex and they do an amazing job taking care of it

I have lived here at Celadon for about a year, and for the most part it feels like a quiet, safe place to live, and the management and office staff seem to care about concerns when they arise. The matter is handled quickly and is resolved.
Overall it's a very good place to live. I love it. Only, I have something that I would like to improve and that is with respect to the garbage. It's not the best company.
Clean and accessible, this apartment complex is quite the showing. Nice, spacious rooms, on top of the friendliest staff, this is one of the best places I've lived in Atlanta.
I’m unhappy with the people that live here. They leave trash everywhere in the parking lot and don’t know how to put the bags in the garbage compactor

We really enjoy living here at Celadon on Club!! Maintenance responds in a timely manner. The office staff is welcoming and professional. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable.
This apartment complex is very beautiful with great amenities. However there are some issues that I feel are a bit of an inconvenience on a daily basis. The gate entrance is annoying when both residents and guest are trying to get in at the same time, also the space can get really crowded and residents can get stuck behind guest while waiting to get in. The mail room is annoying. Sometimes you don’t get a notification about your package and other times it doesn’t tell you correctly where your package. Parking is also difficult but I know that’s being resolved so hopefully that will get better soon. Overall a lovely complex just has some minor issues that would make it 10x better if they were fixed.

After coming from an apartment complex who treated us so poorly, Celadon was a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed the thoughtfulness throughout the complex as well as the manager Sarah. She made the experience amazing! So far, living here has been a great experience and I appreciate the warm welcome!
