I enjoy living in the community. It’s clean & quiet for the most part. The staff is always polite and helpful. I would recommend living in the community for anyone looking for an apartment.
The apartment is nice and clean. The common areas are well-maintained, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. I feel safe in the community, and the location is convenient with nearby shopping and dining options. Overall, it’s been a pleasant and comfortable living experience.
La comunidad Celedon es muy agradable, tiene buena ubicacion, los residentes son amigables, los apartamentos son comodos para vivir , los recomiendo.
Very nice place, gym and beautiful pool. Apartment different from how it had been described to me And unfortunately they don't have Storage.

I believe your Agent, Stacey, explained and showed you the differences between the ADA accessible unit and the standard apartment A2, however the ADA unit was more in your price range. We also offer storage from small storage closets beginning at $75.00 up to a extra large garage at $250.00. We also offer transfer options if you wish to upgrade your apartment in the future!
Friendly and organized management and staff. Considerate neighbors. Thoughtful layout and amenities. Dog friendly with nice walking paths to exercise them.

This is a lovely and amazing complex. My only complaint (which is not the complex’s fault) is that people don’t seem to want to follow the rules. Even when we get countless of emails about what’s going on and what we can and can’t do. These emails are friendly reminders and when others don’t listen then it puts a damper on those who do. Also the neighbors upstairs are loud all day and all night long. Really annoying. Other than that I love this complex and they do an amazing job taking care of it

I have lived here at Celadon for about a year, and for the most part it feels like a quiet, safe place to live, and the management and office staff seem to care about concerns when they arise. The matter is handled quickly and is resolved.
Overall it's a very good place to live. I love it. Only, I have something that I would like to improve and that is with respect to the garbage. It's not the best company.
Clean and accessible, this apartment complex is quite the showing. Nice, spacious rooms, on top of the friendliest staff, this is one of the best places I've lived in Atlanta.
I’m unhappy with the people that live here. They leave trash everywhere in the parking lot and don’t know how to put the bags in the garbage compactor

We really enjoy living here at Celadon on Club!! Maintenance responds in a timely manner. The office staff is welcoming and professional. The neighbors are friendly and mind their business. Our apartment is spacious and comfortable.
This apartment complex is very beautiful with great amenities. However there are some issues that I feel are a bit of an inconvenience on a daily basis. The gate entrance is annoying when both residents and guest are trying to get in at the same time, also the space can get really crowded and residents can get stuck behind guest while waiting to get in. The mail room is annoying. Sometimes you don’t get a notification about your package and other times it doesn’t tell you correctly where your package. Parking is also difficult but I know that’s being resolved so hopefully that will get better soon. Overall a lovely complex just has some minor issues that would make it 10x better if they were fixed.

So far it’s been great! The property is well kept and Maintenace is quick on responding to maintenance requests. Also, Sarah made move in day a breeze and super painless!

After coming from an apartment complex who treated us so poorly, Celadon was a breath of fresh air. I enjoyed the thoughtfulness throughout the complex as well as the manager Sarah. She made the experience amazing! So far, living here has been a great experience and I appreciate the warm welcome!

Everything has been amazing, the place is very nice and quiet. I like that they regularly do maintenance on the units and they always communicate any eventuality to us by email.

I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Celadon and wanted to share what makes it so great. First off, Sarah, the property manager, is fantastic. Her professionalism and attention to detail have made a difference. She’s always attentive, approachable, and goes above and beyond with her customer service. Living here has been so much better thanks to her. The apartment itself is new and comes with some great features. I particularly love the well-equipped gym, the walking trail, and the car wash area – they’re all fantastic additions and added to my overall satisfaction. The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout. They’re super responsive and handle any issues quickly and with care, so I never have to worry about problems lingering. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Being close to parks, grocery stores, and a variety of restaurants makes life so much easier. Overall, my experience at Celadon has been great thanks to Sarah and her team, the modern amenities, the responsive maintenance, and the excellent location. Highly recommend it!

I believe this community is really great. The staff do an amazing job at trying to keep everything clean and organized. We get many email reminders so that the complex stays presentable. My only issue is with the package delivery. I wish there was a better system in place.
