Cedarbrooke Place

I loved living at Cedarbrook; I never had any issues with my neighbors and the staff was always helpful. My son loved playing in the splash pad during the summer. I would recommend living here

CedarBrook is a GREAT Place to call home the apartment’s are Beautiful and spacious They have planned activities and giveaways for kids and adults. Neighbors are very nice. Big SHOUTOUT TO the property manager JEREMY He is one of the BEST Managers I have ever met Come give them a try. You will be Happy.

Cedarbrooke has been great! Maintenance is on top of everything. Jeremy, the property manager leaves no questions unanswered. I highly recommend it here!!

Apartment inside is nice. The people that live here, no. The manager no. Maintenance is slow. Took them 3 days just to plow the snow. Sidewalks are terrible. Having a noisy and rude neighbor above you that has "lived here longer" means more than your rights as a tenant and being comfortable in your living space.

Have lived here almost 2 months. The people who live here are very unfriendly. Your neighbors are loud, inconsiderate at night, let their kids run around and break things. Bang on your walls for no reason. I'm not sure we made the right choice.

Recently moved into Cedarbrooke Place. The manager Jeremy was so helpful in getting me and my family moved in, I can't thank him enough. I love the in unit washer and dryer! My master suite is very large and I adore it. I would recommend Cedarbrooke Place apartments to anyone looking for a great place to live.

I just moved in and love it! The move in process was smooth and management has been very responsive. Plenty of room and only a quick jump to Des Moines for anything Norwalk doesn't have.

The rooms are good sized and we have a washer and dryer. Would recommend.

Great pricing for all the different amenities. The kids love the splash pad and playground!

I have nothing but good things to say about Cedarbrooke apartments. This was my first apartment and they made the process extremely easy. I’ve been here for almost 4 months. The apartments are roomy and in a quiet neighborhood. Anytime I needed something the maintenance crew was always on top of it. And if you have kids their is a splash park for them to enjoy the warmer weather. I would definitely recommend giving Cedarbrooke Place a try.

My son and I moved in to cedarbrooke a month ago and the moving process was painless. Rachel went out of her way to make things easier. We have great neighbors and matienence has been great too!

I’ve been living in Cedarbrooke Place for two years and I just signed a lease for a third year. I love my apartment, and they have several to choose from so you’re sure to find what you’re looking for! The neighborhood is great because I have a granddaughter that’s almost two years old and she loves to play on the play ground and slash pad! It’s quite at night even on weekends so I never have trouble putting her down at her 8:30pm bedtime. There’s a great mix of people here that are very friendly, I can’t count the number of times someone has gone back to the security door because they saw me coming with my arms full. Maintenance is amazing, I’ve never waited more than a day for a full fix! All the staff is friendly and helpful. When I needed to switch apartments mid lease because my Mother was moving in after knee surgery the office manager moved heaven and earth to get me a first floor apartment! This place even has trash cans with baggies just like outside Petco because they allow animals and everyone I’ve met with a dog is very considerate of others, tons of fun “puppies” my granddaughter says. We walk to the Norwalk park, walk to get lunch sometimes from the MacDonalds or Subway and she loves to walk to get books from the library! We’re close to the high school, a grocery store and movie rental plus we’re only blocks away from the best Mexican food restaurant! It’s a great place to live; clean, friendly, well maintained and so close to everything you need but not in the middle of the noise!!! I’m staying here for a long time.

I have lived at Cedarbrooke Place for over 4 years and would recommend these apartments to anyone! The apartments are very modern and updated. I also love having my own washer and dryer in my unit. Cedarbrooke property is always well-maintained and any issues get resolved quickly. The playground, splash pad, and gym are also great amenities. The property management also likes to do fun holiday activities for families.

I’ve been living here for 3 years now. Very clean and safe atmosphere. The manager here is very nice and helpful.

Overall, this community is pretty good compared to the other options nearby. Definitely not free from all the standard annoyances of apartment living (unattended children in the parking lots, lack of parking, weird hallway smells, etc...) but you’ll have that everywhere you go and it seems less bothersome here. It’s a quiet community that feels safe.

Cedarbrook is a great place to live and they are always doing fun activities for the kids or familes.

Great place to live. It’s quiet here. I love how there are grills by the playground so my kids can play while I grill. I would recommend it to everyone.

I love living at Cedarbrooke Apartment in Norwalk Iowa in Warren County Iowa It’s quiet clean and the people and management is nice and friendly it also has a nice large clubhouse you can rent to have get togethers and/ or parties and a work out room with two treadmills and other equipment and a large computer room you can use anytime!

We have lived at Cedarbrooke Apartments for a year now. The apartments themselves are beautiful and have fully updated/modern features. The shared clubhouse is clean and available for use to all tenants. The management and maintenance staff are attentive, quick to respond and very easy to work with. We have had very little issues since moving in and any issue we did have was resolved almost immediately. I’m so glad my family chose Cedarbrooke!

Highly recommend! The property manager there right now, Christine, is so friendly and helpful with anything the residents need! She hosts resident activities frequently and it is a great place for families! You can't find a better place to live!
