Very nice location. Not to noisy or busy been living here a few years and I’m very happy with my choice

Very noisy place to live inside and outside. Parking can be a nightmare somedays especially in the colder months. I’ve had one of my cars hit from behind while parked on the street. Random people have walked in the mail room and stole packages. There was an issue with cars being stolen and broken into last year, since then the complex built a gated lot with a remote key fob for the cars which fixed the problem which was a plus. View the apartment AND the surrounding area before signing, for the price you can find something better elsewhere.

I’ve been living here since it opened in October and it’s not only a very safe and secure building but the owners and maintenance ppl are very friendly and helpful! Everything is so clean and kept up with .. its conveniently located near the highway and close to restaurants, parks and trails .. I love it !

This is by far the best apartment I’ve lived in. I’ve been here since day one and so far everything has been excellent, I’ve had ZERO complaints. From Nico to maintenance everyone is exceptional. I look forward to renewing my lease.

I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with both the property manager/general contact for the buildings, and the amazing owners of the apartment I live in. From day one, they’ve gone above and beyond to make me feel welcome, safe, and completely at home. Every request—no matter how small—is handled with care, kindness, and incredible promptness. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained and it’s clear how much thought and pride they put into every detail. Love cedar village! I have also lived in their other location previously, all great experiences.

The apartment unit is brand new, nicely built and management is responsive. Some typical apartment noise you hear which to be expected and (street) parking can be difficult at times, but overall very happy with the experience.

I’ve lived here since the beginning and have no complaints whatsoever. Management has been easy to reach and quick to assist me. Quiet, comfortable, homey and conveniently located in downtown Derby near Pershing Dr and Howe Ave. I already plan on renewing my lease here

Since the beginning, the landlord and maintenance team has been very committed to ensuring there are no issues. As well as all parts of the apartment are great. Good place to live, recommend!

I've had nothing but an enjoyable time while living here, neighbors aren't noisy, building is cleaned weekly by a crew, and management has been very quick to respond to texts/calls at anytime of the day. Plus it's hard to beat a price like this for brand new units.

Been a tenant for 6 months now in their brand new building. The leasing agents have been responsive and readily available with every inquiry I’ve made. Brand new building and not a single issue with my unit or any other facilities on property.

Two cars were stolen from the lot within the first month of living there. Management then put up fencing, but this made it very difficult to get in and out of the lot especially if you have a larger vehicle due to the poor design. Street parking is a nightmare and makes it even more difficult to get in and out of the lot when people don’t adhere to where they shouldn’t park. Moisture in the apartment led to mold. Emails from management to all tenants regarding the issue said to open your windows in the middle of winter to help with air flow. A maintenance worker came to check the moisture issue and told me it is because the windows and insulation are so great. They also said I shouldn’t hear any noise because they are so great. Well, I’ve lived in many apartments, all nicer than this and never had any issues with mold. There were constant issues with noise from the apartment above at all hours. When I asked if upper units had a requirement for rugs/carpeting like most other complexes, I was told no and they would talk to the person. There was no change. I was also awoken at all hours from cars in the parking garage with obnoxiously loud motors and blasting music. There is a constant smell of cigarettes and weed in the stairwells. Management is very unresponsive and you have to contact them multiple times to get anything you need addressed. The only positive is the unit is new, but I wouldn’t let that sway you to renting here.
