The Southeast neighborhood of Lansing sits west of I-496 and east of South Waverly Road, split by I-96. This area of town consists mainly of commercial buildings and industrial parks that provide residents with ample employment opportunities. Residents enjoy affordable housing and close proximity to large parks and shopping centers on South Cedar Street.
The neighborhood also rests just to the west of Michigan State University, making it perfect for students as well as families. Southeast Lansing has become a Michigan fixture in its own right, but the small-town charm of Lansing is always just minutes away.

The management here doesn't work for anything. For weeks and months would ask them to fix something, they ignore it. The people here leaves trash everywhere. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

My daughter and I moved here inNovember. We both love it here. It is peaceful and quiet. Everyone is very friendly. We were very surprised at how quickly maintenance responded to the few problems we had. They do have activities here and shopping buses. You can join the activities if you want, but you do not have to. Only think that would make it better would be some what bigger kitchens.
This beautifully landscaped high rise is more then just a prejudged senior living community. This apartment building is very conveniently located and quiet. The balcony alone is one of its best assets. It is 80% seniors, 20% ages 18-55. The staff and residents are very pleasant and considerate. Utilities are included in rent. The walls are concrete so your not bothered by any neighbors noises. Plus, there's always something going on if your bored and your left alone if you don't feel like being bothered. It's a beautiful place to live!
