Currently live here and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
Ive had a visit and the staff and managers were very tempting. I'm ready to start my new year's resolutions with Cedar Mill being my Home. Xavier Austin
I went to look at the apts in day time in night no activity going on inside everything was brand new in spacious the people in the office especially tavita was so nice in understanding of my needs can't wait to move in
I have not lived in an apartment in over 16 years. After relocating to Dallas and having a short time to get settled, the staff at Amli at Escena were awesome. They were so patient with me. They worked with my schedule and took me step by step through the process. This complex is first rate from the moment you enter the grounds to the leasing office, club house, business center, resort style pool area and other property amenities to the high end finishes in the apartments. Even your pet will feel special in the doggy wash room! Leaving my house in Missouri was hard but living in this complex has made me feel very much at home.
my apartments get a poor score because they do not fix anything.
I will start with the management staff. The manager is so respectful and professional. Her assisitants, they must love people and their job very well to be able to relate so well with us the way they do.They are very helpful and friendly. When ever i come to the office with a problem i am cared for immediately or as soon as possible with great courtesy.The maintenance staff are prompt and efficient .The apartment has many cameras and there is a security guard who patrols at night . We feel secured. The complex is kept clean at all times. Really i am very satisfied.
I have a 3 bedroom apartment in Cedar Mill. It's pretty big. They do have a few flaws. They hot water goes out all the time. The ac goes in and out. The cold water is warm. They neighbors are very loud at all times of the day with their music. The Mexican Americans that work for the apartments play theirusic really loud while working on the apartments. They do not work with u when u are a day or two late. Their office assistant are very rude as well.
